Am 10.11.25 habe ich ein Plüschtier bestellt:
Bestellnummer: # 932402
Sendungsnummer: 90388447264 durch GLS.
Das Paket sollte an die Abholstelle Media Markt Magdeburg (Am Pfahlberg 7, Magdeburg)
geliefert werden, ist aber da nicht angekommen.
Vom Verkäufer Kidero bekomme ich seit dem keine Information, wo tatsächlich meine Lieferung ist. Die Bestätigung vom Media Markt Magdeburg, dass das Paket da nicht angekommen war, liegt dem Verkäufer vor. Das Problem wird ignoriert.
