Schlechtes Service

Schlechte Lieferkette, unflexibles Service, unklare Webseite:
Nach der Bestellung von 2 "kurzfristig lieferbaren" Artikeln ohne Portokosten, habe ich eine Mail bekommen, mit der Nachricht, dass nur noch ein Artikel zur Verfügung stünde. Ich habe die Wahl zwischen die Bestellung stornieren und den einen Artikel mit 7 Euro Lieferkosten bekommen.
Meine Anfrage auf den Kauf des einen Artikels ohne Lieferkosten wurde leider verweigert.
Ich habe 2 Artikel bestellt und bezahlt und erwarte, dass wenn die komplette Menge schon mal nicht geliefert werden kann, zumindest keine zusätzlichen Lieferkosten anfallen.
Das Geld wurde rückersattet.
