Jack and his team have been fantastic - real experts, and very professional and friendly. From tracking down and fixing any number of problems with the central heating system we inherited to installing our new gas boiler, Jack, Ash and the whole team have done an excellent job and been a pleasure to work with. Thoroughly recommend them.

Following a burst outside pipe during a recent cold snap, I contacted Kidwell Plumbing who couldn't have been more helpful. He managed to fit us in and came and cut the burst part of the pipe out, reattached everything and gave us great tips as to how to prevent it happening again. He was polite and kept us informed throughout. Would highly recommend!

Boiler Service. Jack did a boiler service on 31st July. He did a thorough job. Jack is always friendly and helpful. We will have the ensuite bathroom converted into a walk in shower after Christmas and Jack has been most helpful in giving us ideas and suggestions for places to go and see examples, tiles etc.
I have fully confident in recommending Jack, who we have used for 7 years now.

We had a broken toilet seat and could not get it off to change it. I emailed Jack and asked for advice and he very promptly gave me an idea on how to get it off. We still couldn't do it. I emailed Jack again and Ash came within 24 hours - 5 minute job and sorted it. I would definitely recommend Kidwell plumbing, they have always been so helpful and efficient, we have used them many times.

We hired Kidwell Plumbing to install a new boiler, hot water cylinder, replace several radiators and refurbish the downstairs cloakroom in our home.
The installation was completed to an extremely high standard and both Jack and Ash were amazing and a pleasure to have working in our home.
They were both punctual, professional and communicated with us clearly throughout the project.
Even when I made a mistake with the choice of toilet, they took it in their stride and organised a replacement. Ash even went the extra mile and returned on Saturday morning to finish the install.

We have already organised for them to come back and renovate our main bathroom and en-suite!

I’d highly recommend Jack. Have used him several times, most recently to install a boiler and a new bathroom. Jack is knowledgable, consciousness and a perfectionist. He is friendly, trustworthy and reliable and I always feel confident that he’ll do a great job.

We’ve used Jack for years - trustworthy, reliable, reasonably priced and incredibly skilled and knowledgeable. He fitted our new bathroom and new gas central heating systems at our previous two properties; most recently Jack moved and fitted our washing machine. Jack is incredibly courteous and his handiwork is impeccable. I couldn’t recommend a better plumber than Jack.

We had an underfloor heating system installed, but not completed, we had to find an electrician to complete the work, having understood that Kidwell would deliver a functioning system. I caught Kidwell throwing out the warranty paperwork, when challenged he claimed it had been registered online, which subsequently proved to be not true.

Really helpful. Fantastic service. Responded quickly and helped me initially over the phone explaining what was happening and how to do as much as I could myself to minimise damage before he arrived. So helpful and professional. Would thoroughly recommend.

If only all tradespeople were as helpful, efficient, tidy and willing to deal with an emergency as well as Jack from Kidwell Plumbing! He is brilliant at explaining what might be going wrong, dealing with the problem and then advising how to proceed from then on. I can heartily recommend this company for all plumbing and heating issues.

Newly moved into our home, the washing machine had broken! Bought a replacement and needed the unit plumbed in. Not knowing anyone in the area I researched and saw Jack was highly recommended. Rang him and arranged a time. Jack was incredibly helplful and patient answering all my questions. Washing machine sorted AND he also sorted the Worcester Combi boiler and made sure everything was working smoothly. Very patiently also answered my questions. Jack - absolute life saver, thank you so very much.
