I ordered a big quantity of lamps to be shipped to Argentina, a very complicated country for imports. Akasha found all the necessary solutions to overcome all the obstacles and enable me to receive all the lamps I ordered in perfect condition. Vertigo lamps and excelent customer support
In November, I ordered 2 Vertigo lamps (80cm and 120m) from KikiLighting. Since it was my first international purchase online, I was very afraid that it would not go well. Fortunately, KikiLighting is a very serious and reliable site. Although the lamps were sold out, the customer support provided by AKASHA was excellent and the lamps arrived before Christmas as I had requested. AKASHA was indefatigable dealing with my buyer anxiety, she responded to all my emails very quickly. If you are thinking of buying lamps, I strongly advise you to do so from KikiLighting!
Vertigo lamps came very well packaged, came with all the necessary parts (some even in duplicate) and were very easy to install.
I am very satisfied and will recommend this company to all my friends and family!

We bought 2 lights, they emailed us mentioning that they hadn't enough product on eu warehouse so they refund us the shipping value. It took a bit more to received the order once it came from China but they where always chatting with us and updating

Perfect Taccia lamp
I ordered a taccia lamp and it's exact as the original, looks awesome on my living room. I received my order in a few days as mentioned on the website, and it came super well packaged and with light. Any question I got they replied quick to my emails. I'm really happy with Kikilighting it's my second purchase from them.

As the lamp arrived, I realized, that it is not the original lamp by Artemide. Kiki lightning is selling copies for a lower price. As I wanted to have the original lamp, they found a very generous solution to reimburse me. Customer service was helpful, reliable and very friendly.
