Good service! We had a broke driver but received a new glass light for free (only had to pay the shipping costs)

Great service and very attentive. Ordered the Serge Muille inspired lights and they are stunning. Will be using them for other projects for sure.

I ordered two of the same wall light with different length arms. The total length on one was meant to be 60cm and the second 80cm. Instead I got two where the length is around 75cm. I've sent photographic proof to customer service and gone back and forth a couple times but they haven't given me any options for fixing the issue - they just keep asking questions.

I'm updating this review as the company has taken steps to rectify the issue - sending a new light. Unfortunately, it is still the wrong size and after many emails I'm tired of trying to get the product I ordered. Every proposed resolution also seems to be bargaining to get poor reviews taken down, rather than because they want to rectify a mistake they have made.

Very pleasant, professional and kind service of Kiki Lighting, my special tank to Ada of the customer service who never hesitate in answering all my questions. We have a beautiful Heracleam lamp in our house! Good and friendly survice and quick delivery!!

We had an issue with my order. It was a tricky one being of my own making. However the customer service person Laura was exceedingly helpful and prompt with all replies. She did her utmost to successfully resolve all issues we had. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from this company again. Thankyou!

Great Product. Great Service.

Product arrived in so many pieces, hard to assemble. Asking for return labels is taking 5 days and running. Worries that this will take me beyond the return time. Customer service telling me to talk to an electrician when I want to return the items. HELP - do not order. Still without return labels, that I have to print out apparently despite not having a printer = €€€€ expense

Customer service employee Vivi was a great help, so reacted kindly, was reliable as she did what she promised, and solved all delivery and refunding issues quickly and accurately. I therefore highly recommend Kikilighting.

The quality of the lamp is great and the customer service has been excellent. We had a variation in colour between two of our lamps but a replacement was sent and customer service staff were helpful and responsive in the process.

I took some time to make this review but I have to leave 5 stars! I ordered a few months ago (order No. K13445) a table lampe "Taccia" with a bronze finish. The order was quickly shipped to me (Brussels), very safely packed and I am very pleased with the quality of my lamp. I wish I could add somewhere a picture of the lamp but it doesn't seem possible here, in any case a very safe buy, thanks again!
