Unfortunately I still have not received my KilgourMD product. My complaint is that the delivery service that is used may not be the best choice.

Refund request

I purchased Kilgour products ~3 weeks ago and began using it right away. Unfortunately for me, I have very sensitive skin and the product did irritate my skin. Upon notifying customer service, my subscription was canceled, no questions asked. I also requested a refund for the product and was immediately approved for a full refund- again, no questions asked. This was very much appreciated! The response from customer service occurred within 24hrs of my reaching out to them. Thank you!

Total scam

Total scam! I bought a 6 month supply to ensure I had enough time to see results. Unfortunately this was not any better than other products I have used. They do offer a 90 day trial guarantee. I did not ask for a refund since I wanted to give the product the full 6 months with hair shedding and hair growth cycles. To my surprise, I received another 6 month supply! As soon as I received it, I did not open it but reached out to the company for return instructions. Shockingly they said they would not accept the return! $500 wasted. Their return policy on these bundles are not clear and the rep even admitted this! I will be writing a formal complaint to the consumer protection agencies. I anticipate a class action lawsuit coming for their deceptive practices.

I’ve recently had major hair shedding

I’ve recently had major hair shedding, and I purchased the 3 month bundle for $400.00 After speaking with my Dermatologist & hematologist, they said that this product wouldn’t work for my diagnosis and symptoms. I tried to return the product( never opened the packaging) and I was told that there are no refunds. I would never recommend a product with this type of customer service, and I would highly recommend that you purchase any type of hair regrowth products from a company that has a better policy.

Customer service did an excellent job…

Customer service did an excellent job honoring their money back guarantee. I would have preferred the product work for me but when I didn’t see any new growth after 3 months, I emailed customer service (expecting to get the runaround) and they responded quickly and graciously and refunded my money. I’m very impressed! You never know with money back guarantees but this one is legitimate.

I am so frustrated with this company

I am so frustrated with this company. They asked me for a review 2 days after I received it. Then again 5 days later. Then again 9 days later. Every time I explained to them that this product takes months to see results, so it would be false statements to give it a great review so early. But here I am prompted again and all I can say is that I can't really trust the positive reviews here unless they say they've used the products for a few months. 5 star reviews for using the product for a couple days is no indicator as to whether this product works or is just a scam.

Great Customer Service!

I had a problem with leakage in my order - one of the bottles of serum was not tightly closed and nearly all the serum of one bottle spilled out into the package. Switzerl was great - knowledgeable and helpful! He asked excellent questions to determine the problem and authorized a replacement to be sent to me. Excellent customer service! Thanks Switzerl and KilgourMD!! Highly recommend!

Customer service basically lied to me

Customer service made an inaccurate statement last Jan that the Prevention Serum had been reformulated due to customer complaints that it was staining silver hair, as it had done to mine. So I continued my subscription. That was not the case. Still staining. Tried to return unopened bottles. They declined a refund. Tried to exchange for Treatment Serum. They said no. Very disappointed as I would have simply cancelled my subscription in January.
