Bought a new motor home off you supposed to have had a pic but there were warning lights on the dash about the automatic handbrake needing servicing havnt been able to use the motor home yet not happy

Excellent customer service, nothing was too much trouble. Friendly and welcoming and full of information for newbies. Special mention to Darrell, Jason and Matt.

First time using Kimberley Caravans Nottingham and very impressed with the service and professionalism shown. From first contact, relaxed no pressure sales through to collection was an absolute pleasure. Matt in Sales was superb and a pleasure to do business with. Other dealers should take a leaf out of Kimberleys book.

They cant do enough for you until you’ve paid so if any issues afterwards the after sales isn’t good .

No pressure to buy and plenty to choose from. Very helpful staff to answer the questions we asked. A great handover with everything covered and shown to be working as it should. Rich and Gary were outstanding and the lady with the knowledge about the awnings!

We recently had the pleasure of dealing with Jason at Kimberley Caravans and couldn’t be more impressed with the service we received. From the outset, Jason was incredibly efficient in getting in touch with us and keeping communication clear and prompt throughout.

When he came to view the caravan, he was professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to deal with, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. On top of that, he offered us a great price for the caravan, which we were very happy with.

Great communication and service while fixing a small issues on my caravan under warranty.

Having messed up my first booking, and requiring 3 days to fulfill the second one, the job was not fully completed (despite being paid in full) due to “items left in the vehicle”. Since no one had bothered to tell me that all items needed to be removed, I wasn’t aware that this was the case.
I wrote to head office asking for an explanation of this logic, and have been completely ignored. Worst customer service I have ever encountered.

UPDATE: still waiting for the promised contact mentioned below….. as I said - worst customer service ever! 😡

Everything that was explained at the handover, and there was the reassurance that if any help was needed then it was just a phone call away. Benson and Richard were very professional in the process. We left Kimberley in the knowledge that we were well looked after.

We attended the Oct 2025 NEC show in Birmingham, whilst there we ordered our Swift Elegance 850. Richard Dinsdale was fantastic in getting the order sorted, Kimberley kept us up-date on delivery times and Richard was always to hand answering any questions. When collecting Benson was very in-depth with all controls and made the experience fun. Well-done Kimberley.... following this my daughter and family friends also purchased their Swifts, Again they were really pleased with the service!!!! :-)

Great selection of new and used caravans on site. The staff are very friendly and professional. Tom was great on the sales side of things, and Paul was marvellous at handing over, and explaining all of the workings of the caravan. Can’t praise them both enough. I would definitely recommend Kimberly caravans to anyone who is looking to purchase a caravan. Great team.

I decided to buy a caravan and took a look into Kimberly caravans,within 30 mins i bought one!!
The entire experience was fantastic, from start to finish, including the finance company I used.The salesman was very professional, and not pushing me to buy,he really knew his stuff.The handover guys were incredible, the literally showed me everything on the van,from inside to out,they were really really helpful.
Im now looking forward to my first trip with it,I would absolutely 1000% recommend Kimberly Caravans and Motorhomes,well done guys x
