Whatever you got off of kimonorie, they let you keep even if it’s wrong they let you keep it anyways, so I recommend you buy from them

So unfortunately I only read the reviews after ordering, big mistake! I messaged them straight away on WhatsApp to cancel the order but they never responded. The order took an age to arrive and when it did I couldn’t have been more disappointed. As other reviews have stated the kimono was of really poor quality and the colour didn’t match the photos on the website. I won’t even attempt to return as I can’t be bothered with the hassle. I will chalk it down to experience and £43 down the drain. Anyone reading this that is thinking of ordering from this scam website please don’t waste your money…

Ordered a short Kimono and delighted with it - fabric is lovely and soft and is quite flattering. Can be worn with dress, jeans or leggings so versatile too. Received many compliments when wearing it.

Avoid!! The item sent was the wrong colour (and seeing other online reviews I can see this is not a one off mistake). To initiate a return tou have to email customer services and now, 4 emails down, with ridiculous back and forth offering me a discount and exchange, this company is still refusing to offer a return. They are simultaneously hounding me on WhatsApp to leave a review. I strongly discourage you from using this provider.

Beautiful bright, light fabric, perfect for warmer weather. Easy to order and delivery was quick. If the kimono had loved pockets and an internal tie as well as a belt, just to keep it secure, I would have given 5 stars. Would make a great gift.

Where do I start?! I wish I'd seen other reviews on here before ordering. The robes are overpriced to start with but they looked nice and I was fooled into thinking it was a safe purchase as they had a usual 30 day free return policy...little did I know that the robe would arrive in a state- very poorly wrapped, even the inner bag had a tear in it. When I asked to return the robe, I was refused a return as I had opened the package. Which I obviously had to do, to be able to see it...??? So they completely lie about a free returns policy on their website. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Please read the reviews and stay away. If you want a cheap, bargain robe, go to Shein or another similar company, at least they abide by free returns if anything isn't right!

The man’s kimono size L took a long time to arrive and it’s a bit small for a large size. They are nice to re- send a new one XL. I hope it’s better fit. Thanks

I ordered a robe from this website and it took longer than expected to arrive, when it did I found the colours and fabric to be disappointing and cheap in quality. I asked to return the robe for a refund as their website return policy states that a return label will be sent. As I had not worn, or even tried on the robe and it was in its original packaging, I was told that they would not send a return label as I had opened the package. It was in a re-zippable bag, so the packaging was perfect, as was the item but they refused my return/refund despite my request being within 30 days. How is anyone expected to evaluate a purchase without seeing it? Therefore I really doubt their return policy and their customer service was totally lacking as I had to email back and forth, I sent pictures, yet they refused to send a return label for my return. I would NOT recommend this company as an online seller AT ALL. They do not stand by the return information on their website and are impossible to deal with if you have an issue. I’d advise people to stick to reputable online sellers instead. The quality of the fabric is really poor too. Not worth it at all. I’m extremely disappointed and surprised a business is so deceitful and not standing by the information on their website. Wriggling out of refunds which they should honour.

Was going to order, but after seeing the reviews i decided not to. after searching the images, i found out that this company is a dropshipping company and charges alot more then you can get the same items from on shein or ali express.

This item arrived in a crumpled mess taped up in a tiny bag. The quality is very poor and in fact it looked like a Shein garment so I searched it up and indeed it is for £8.99! It is impossible to return as the customer service say if you've opened any packaging you have to cover the costs which turned out to be £35 ( you have to open it to see what is inside)! You are also liable to cover any cost at their end so that would be the majority of the £43 I paid for it! Definitely NOT designed by their French designers and they definitely didn't make too many and need to sell them for half their normal price (£87). Go to Shein and buy the exact same for £8.99 - at least you know you are buying rubbish

SCAM !!! Very Poor Fabric. Under UK consumer law, online retailers cannot legally force you to keep a package unopened to qualify for a change-of-mind refund. Kimonorie waste your time asking for photos,
receipts, etc when they have no intention of giving you a refund. I think they are cheats and liars.
Never deal with this outfit

My kimono can’t all scrunched up in a bag , I op-ed it avd it looks nothing like what I ordered , the size , shape colours , I emailed to get a refund avs have had endless messages saying a can’t return as I’ve opened it , you have to open it to see what’s in your package to look at what you have bought , it’s terrible , no returns and they have £43 for something looks like a £5 , these are a scam company don’t buy from them please

I had a similar experience to another reviewer. The kimono itself looked nothing like the kimono pictured. It was clearly a cheap knock off. When I requested a return, they said they don't accept returns where the packaging has been opened. How am I supposed to see the item if I can't open the packaging?

Return process has been terrible and customer service has been extremely unhelpful. I really regret buying from here, it's a scam.

I reverse image searched the kimono and it comes up on a different site for a much higher price. This company is just stealing other company's patterns and trying to sell dupes.
