My review is based on the assistance of Jody, who has been absolutely brilliant in resolving my claim, which has been going on for 11 months. After speaking to others in the team and not getting anywhere, Jody called me back within hours with answers and moved my case forward; now the settlement is resolved. Highly recommend, and Kinderstons should recognise Jody as an asset to the team. Jody absolutely followed through with everything she advised me she was going to do. So very happy
