My review is based on the assistance of Jody, who has been absolutely brilliant in resolving my claim, which has been going on for 11 months. After speaking to others in the team and not getting anywhere, Jody called me back within hours with answers and moved my case forward; now the settlement is resolved. Highly recommend, and Kinderstons should recognise Jody as an asset to the team. Jody absolutely followed through with everything she advised me she was going to do. So very happy

Great experience with this company
Great experience with this company. My car was in a hit and run, I was advised by the body shop I took my car to go with Kindertons and they quickly took me in and gave me a lovely hire car while mine was being repaired. Great team, everyone I spoke to was nice. And a nice man called Peter Ralphs helped progress and deal with my claim.
