I received 3 pieces of jewelry and they all broke. When I emailed them with photos and to get a refund, they offered to send me 3 MORE pieces. I explained that I’m positive they would break and I’d prefer just a full refund. They never responded to any emails for 3 months. I finally called my bank to get my refund. I’ve written a review on their website that they took down and then they blocked me on instagram.

On their site they state they ship from Europe and the US but the order ends up shipping from Mainland China. You will not receive anything in a couple of days. If it's a trustworthy company why would they lie about something so simple as that? And refuse to answer anyone's messages? The 5 star reviews here are also so fake, only to push down the criticism and obviously constructed from the same source, while the 1 stars say it's a scam. The jewelry ends up being just very overpriced alloy, sold as stainless steel and silver, that will tarnish and get ruined eventually. Another review also made me realize their -10% coupon is not real either. With my order it should've been 4,70€ but it was only 1,89€. In general really bummed with this experience and to get fooled like this. It's a dishonest company and you will not receive the quality you've paid for. Wish I would've checked Trustpilot first.
Edit: Now Kindness Official has tried to flag and take down this review for containing "harmful or illegal content". This is only the truth. You have the responsibility to flag reviews correctly, and in this case it is unwarranted. You can't misuse the flagging tool to take down negative reviews only because you know it's true and you don't like it.
To Trustpilot: I would seriously check the validity of their "positive" reviews. Coincidentally there's one the second me and others have complained, and they all contain an unnecessary amount of empty space it's weird and ridiculous. I doubt these are real people or customers.

I have at least six pieces of KINDNESS jewelry. When my latest shipment arrived, the ring I ordered was unfortunately too big. At KINDNESS request, I sent proof by photos in comparison to my other rings and the actual size. KINDNESS quickly confirmed that it was a mistake on their part and would ship a new ring as soon as I sent the other one back. It was a very easy process. I received my new ring and am very pleased with it as well as my other pieces.

I highly recommend KINDNESS and their customer service.

Placed an order for 4 pieces of jewelry, received them four days later and they are all great, in look and quality alike. Accidentally I ordered the ring in the wrong size though, so I got in touch with their customer service. They answered just a few hours later on a Sunday and after some back and forth I knew exactly what to do and got send a new ring in the right size just for shipping costs. Very great and helpful service and very customer oriented methods.

My boyfriend gifted me a pair of earrings from the brand which I didn't know. I love them!! And I get always compliments!!
I then discovered all their products and went crazy!
I had size issue on a ring matching the earrings and the customer service was super nice and returns were smooth.

Now into product....I purchased a bracelet and a necklace, they arrived quickly and in great quality packaging . THe design is very intricate, it is subtle and very well made. I got several compliments on it.

The price for this level of craftsmanship is very reasonable and I will continue to purchase products from KINDNESS.

I wanted to support a small designer - so I bought 3 items off the website ‘kindness official’. The shipping was expensive, and one of the items was delivered broken.
The 10% discount for 2 or more items was more like 4%. 10€ shipping when it should have 3-4 euro to send to Germany.

The customer service was quick to help before I parted with my money. I wrote Gemma an email when I received the goods to tell her one of the ear cuffs was broken. Two emails went unanswered and insta dms ignored. Neg comments on instagram were deleted several times.
Also lastly ! The jewellery is a cheap alloy and becomes orange in a matter of a week. It is not Stainless steel! What a complete joke! It’s a complete scam, and I hope she ends up going to jail for stealing and lying.

I hope this helps new customers not get scammed! I also think Gemma is writing fake positive reviews! Its jot possible that anyone could be happy with cheap alloy jewellery sold as stainless steel!
