False advertising. Tried to keep my money.
Purchased an item from them, followed up 4 days later because no communication or item received. They then said there was an error and they couldn’t sell it at that price and voided the transaction and sent emails to everyone. Unfortunately, My payment to them posted. He went on to argue that couldn’t have possibly posted even after I showed a screenshot of it. Extremely unprofessional and rude telling me I was wrong. Ended up going to my bank to dispute the charge. Hang on to your money with this company.
Edit for reply to response: this is attitude he took with me, lies and “you’re wrong.” I don’t do reviews but feel it important to inform the public. Calls his website price, which he didn’t stand by, the “distributors error”. Look at other negative reviews.

This review is based on a misunderstanding of payment processing, not a failure to deliver.
The order was cancelled promptly due to a distributor pricing-feed error, and the transaction was refunded in full back to the original payment method. The processor confirmation was provided to the customer. From that point forward, the only variable is the customer’s bank: when a credit appears on a statement is controlled by the issuer, not the merchant, and pending authorizations can display in ways that confuse people who don’t understand the difference between “pending” and “posted.”
At no point were funds withheld, and at no point was communication “unprofessional.” The customer was given clear, documented facts and was advised – correctly - to confirm with his bank if he still had questions.
Leaving a negative review over “refund vs. void” semantics after receiving a full refund is frivolous and misleading.
P.S. And no, he did not go to his bank to dispute the charge. The transaction was refunded by us - there was no dispute or chargeback.
