Josh carried out the service filter professionally and efficiently. He was punctual, friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. He explained everything clearly, worked neatly, and completed the job to a very high standard. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Transferred to Kinetico after my previous service provider Permutit could no longer be in business, some 3 years ago. All has been excellent, with great service on annual conveniently pre arranged appointments. Would give a big recommendation to Kinetico for their professional approach by competent technicians.

Reece arrived to service my softener today (monarch) polite and on time . first time it’s been serviced since installed by others 5 years ago . he was very informative and advised on an upgrade to our pipe work which i will have done by my own plumber .very satisfied with the service. Prices could be a bit more competitive

Charlie ( aided by Ryan) has just fitted a new Kinetico water softener system and has done an excellent job keeping me informed of arrival time, fitting my new system and explaining how everything works

First of all had my water softener serviced by Reece today….very nice young man and respectful of my property.
I’ve had my water softener for a few years now…and would recommend anyone who hasn’t got one to think seriously about getting one. I chose Kinetico because it’s reliable…mine is situated outside the house in housing so if room indoors is an issue..then that’s the answer. Never had a problem. I’ve just had a yearly service done today and feel confident that if I ever did had a problem then I would be able to get a technician quickly.

Charlie was knowledgable and informative. Obtained a discount and organised deposit payment. No pressure to buy a new unit.
Looking forward to him installing the new unit in August.

I'm a long-term Kinetico customer, more-recently on a service plan. The company is easy to deal with, always helpful and knowledgeable.

Their machines are very efficient in their salt consumption, and run extremely quietly
