I sent this company my phone. They say it hasn't arrived but Royal Mail say my phone has arrived so have no idea what's going on! This is pretty poor service and I am very unimpressed. I wish I had used one of the trusted recycle companies instead.

ABSOLUTE CROOKS!
Sent them my old iPhone 7 back in November, and I never got my money. Numerous calls and emails promising I'd have the money in my account next day, ended up having to persue them through the small claims court.

Excellent personal attention during successful iPhone sale
Sale of iPhone was quick and efficient. I appreciated the personal attention and the successful result. Much better than the disappointing treatment I received from a competitor, who claimed my iPhone was heavily scratched, when I knew there wasn’t a scratch on it.

very bad service
very bad service. I sold my Samsung phone got the money within 3 days. my wife ask me to sell her phone to kingbuyback. I posted it on Monday night, and was told i would have the funds in my account by Monday the following week. I didn't get the funds. I rang up Tuesday they said that they were short staffed and the money would be in my account. Again the money was not in my account. Kingbuyback has got my phone and they haven't payed me for it. I now have to take legal action against kingbuyback to get my money back. I would not recommend kingbuyback.

I did the paperwork on line, printed the label, parceled up the phone and took it to the post office. Didn't have to pay any extra and the following day I had an email confirming receipt. Two days later the quoted amount was in my account. Really excellent experience and I would recommend Kingbuyback to anyone and will certainly use them again when the next upgrade comes along.

Excellent company to use if you are…
Excellent company to use if you are selling a pre owned phone. I sent my old phone in and they paid me the next day and gave me a little more than I expected on the phone. My phone was scuffed and slightly damaged but they still took it and offered me what they quoted I have since sent 2 other old phones to them and received the same great service. 100% Reccomended and will always use them. Keep up the good work
