Honestly, never use this company! I have recycled phones before and usually received and paid within 2 days. It has been over a week now, they tested the phone but I have not received any sort of payment. Everytime I call i get told it will be with me the next day, the next day comes and still no payment. Also, it is constantly left for me to call them, they make no effort to update you or let you know what is going on.

Very bad company, CRIMINALS!
Very bad company.
I send them iPhone 6S, good condition and working ok. They tell me it is broken and say only worth £12! I must pay for iPhone to be returned, this took 3 weeks!
I send this iPhone to other company, they give me £110, never send iPhones to king buy back! BIG CRIMINALS!

Do not use kingbuyback i sent them a phone that i stated as broken and they offered me £30, i knew it was only the charging port that was broken, after waithing a few days after they recieved it for payment i heard nothing, when i emailed to complain about this all of a sudden they came up with a story that my phone had liquid damage and would only offer me £4, i declined this and had to pay £5 to get my phone back, i know its all a scam as i’ve since sold the phone to a more reputable company for £25

Our apologies you feel this way about your service. Did you read our website 'How it works' before sending your device to us? We make our process as clear as we can on our site and in our terms and conditions.
It states - If you send us a Liquid Damaged device then we will revise your offer. If you send your device with Motherboard Damage we will revise your offer. If your device is iCloud locked we will also not process your order until its removed or we will revise your offer. All the above issues classed the device as 'dead' as we cant refurbish them only recycle them as they are beyond repair, all of the above issues we also charge £5 postage for tracked return this is also stated on our website. A faulty device is a functioning one we can refurbish, anything less than this is classed as a dead device like your device.

Apologies for our service not being satisfactory.
We do try to make this information as clear as possible on our website and it is explained in depth in our terms and conditions. We buy faulty devices and will pay out the full amount quoted online if they fit our broken devices category. Then there are the devices that are irreparable, these are classed as 'dead' devices. We still accept these devices unlike most other buyback companies however, we have to revise our prices for the 'dead' device's as we can only recycle them safely not refurbish them.

Not impressed. From being told it was originally worth 58 pounds to then being told it was worth five pounds. Now I’ve been charged £5 for the phone to be returned to myself. There needs to be a further option to select other than faulty as this is conning customers into believing their “faulty” device is worth something.
