Great service for old iPad broken cracked screen still got tenner.

Quick and easy! The money was in my bank within a week and they gave me more than I was quoted anywhere else. Great service.

Absolute LIARS! How can such a company even still exist! I will report them and will take this to court as this is unacceptable! 3-4 weeks waiting for money that their web page promises in 24h or 3-5 working days, Have emailed, called-constant lies that “Ohh sorry, I have checked now and processed your payment, will be with you by today!” Why do this? And all of the positive comments 100% are made up!
Disgusting company, hold on, you will not get away with collecting peoples phones for free! PLEASE who has been scammed by this company, report them on Gov uk complaints about limited company!

Sent phone in on 12th April, several phone calls and emails later l am still waiting. Just keep being told that due to the Easter holidays and then someone off sick that they were behind. Every time l call they say it will be done that day. Joke of a company to be honest. Avoid, you have been warned!! Would never use again.

Sent a phone on 14/04/19. They agreed a revised price on 23/04/19. I accepted this offer. After two phone calls to ask where my money transfer is - I still have not received it. Totally unacceptable. Please avoid this company. They don’t pay what they originally offer anyway. Better of with a lower price from a more trusted company

Sent my mobile for nearly 2 weeks and no payment? Have emailed them but didn’t get any reply yet.

They notified me that they'd received my device and were testing it; they said I would be told of the outcome in a day. 3 weeks later and nothing, and of course, no payment

Had my mobile for nearly 2 weeks and no payment??? Have called and emailed them but just get no where.This is clearly a scam if the money ever appears in my bank account I will gladly apologise but I strongly doubt I will ever get my payment.

ALL OF THE BELOW REVIEWS ARE FAKE - ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE - have rang four times now and been told everytime that they money will go into my account the following day, still no sign. Now the number won't work so they must have blocked my number. SCAM do not not send your phone here, will be contacting the ombudsman. SPOKE TO DAN

They offered the best price and much higher than any of the other guys out there. The estimates price was fully honored after receiving the phone with payment completed in a couple of days. Would Highly Recommend!

Absolutely gutted I didn't read these reviews first. I was not paid out for my Iphone and i was told various lies about the system being down etc. Always promised i would be called back that day and paid that week but 1 month on and still no payment. They are saying that the phones do not switch on, they do and were sent back fully charged and the factory re-set was done on them. I am now calling trading standards.

Sent my old iPhone over 6 weeks ago now...received an email saying it was being processed and I shall expect payment the day after. It’s been weeks now and I never received a payment. I emailed them numerous times and even called them and the man on the phone told me he would go and get my phone whilst still on the phone to me to put in front of himself so he would look at it the same day. He then said he had my phone in front of him and was processing it and I received an email stating I would receive payment the next day; I’m still waiting four weeks later....what an awful company I was exchanging emails about my order with someone called Abi but when I rang he said there was no record of my emails and that they were having ‘technical diffficulties’...how convenient for them. Absolute waste of time don’t bother using this company they take your phone and don’t send payment I wonder how many people they have done and continue to do this to. The good reviews are obviously faked
EDIT kingbuyback you still have my phone and I haven’t received payment still or my phone back? So if you have no reason to still have my phone then why do u still have it?

I sent this company 10 iphones over a month ago. I have emailed, called and spoke to numerous employees who have reassured me that I will get my payment "tomorrow". I am now at a loss as to where to go from here, and am starting to think this is a fake company and that they just do not want to give me my money.

I will be taking this further if I do not receive payment by the end of this week.

Have an open order still going from February, I have sent them countless screen grabs proving they have not sent me the money, despite them claiming that they have.

Every time I message them I get the same excuses back and them claiming that they will sort it on that day, but not.
