Brilliant service! Sold my phone for a great price- easy and reasonable! 100% would recommend.

Interested in buying your electronics but not interested in paying for them.
Payment 24 hours after receiving your device, yet 1 month down the line and still no payment.
Spoke to someone on the phone saying money will be in my account in the next 3 hours, that was weeks ago, now no-one's answering the phones.
No response to my last 2 emails. Just left them a voicemail and message on their website saying if they don't pay me I will be going to trading standards and taking them to court.
Wish I read the reviews before having any dealings with this company.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

2 weeks since receipt of the phone I sent them.
No payment.
No answer to email.
No answer to phone calls.

I sold 6 phones to this company, I only seen all the negative reviews after sending my phones which had me a bit worried but after a lot of communication between myself and customer service they have ensured I would be payed. I received payment for 3 of the 6 phones today and am due to receive the rest of the payments by the end of next week as they are currently being “tested and repaired” but I’m happy to say this company is not a scam and I would recommend to others as the price they offer compared to other similar companies is much greater, the only downside is the time - it has taken quite a lot of time but if you are patient and continue to communicate with customer service you will be fine.

I sent my phone off two weeks ago, got the email saying it had been received. No payment after a week so I emailed and got a reply saying they would look into it and if no problems my payment should be processed. Still no payment after another week, further email sent with no response. I then saw all these terrible reviews! I rang them and got through on 5th time of trying. The girl I spoke to was very apologetic, said she’d had to deal with a lot of complaints today and was the only one in the office. Also told me there had been a problem with payments being processed last Friday and they had been put through again yesterday/today. Tbh I thought this was probably a load of bs after what I’d read on here but 3 hours after my call the money is in my account. So not exactly great service and definitely not what was promised in the original email (payment in 24/48hrs). But I have got my money and it’s the full amount I was quoted.

Sent my phone to them, didn’t get paid. Been a month now. Don’t think I am ever going to get paid.

Sent phone three weeks ago. After chasing emails they offer £4 revised from original £26. And if I don’t want to accept the revised offer I have to pay postage to get it back ! Waiting to confirm how much the postage is. This very likely a ‘scam ‘ and there are many similar bad reviews. The good reviews are all about the same number of words - which would indicate paid reviewers. Recommend avoid this company if you don’t want a headache. 16/05/2019. Now informed the postage to get phone back is £5 - what a joke. It’s all in the terms and conditions people - which if you read them basically amount to send us your phone and we will do what we like

Sent phone 3 weeks ago and still no money or contact from them despite me trying to contact repeatedly

I sent my phone to KingBuyBack nearly three weeks ago. Two days after I posted it, I received an email where they said they were testing my phone and they would send the payment in 24-48 hours, which unfortunately did not happen. After sending them two emails asking for an explanation, they replied back saying the payment would be made on the following day. As this did not happen either, I sent a further email and phoned them. At this point, I had just read all the reviews on this website mentioning how people never received money for their phones so I have to say I started to feel uncomfortable with my decision to send mine to them. I did receive my payment in the end but it took several calls and emails. My impression was they are not able to cope with the amount of devices there seem to be arriving to them although the two people I spoke to on the phone seemed keen to sort my problems.

Dishonest scammers who don't pay for the goods. I want to know how this outfit has such a good rating on Trustpilot as they are conning people everyday. I would rather have given my phones (both iPhones) to charity than to have been conned out of payment. I will continue to hunt these dishonest people down. Avoid like the plague - you have been warned!

They have had my phone for 3 weeks now and keep promising me to pay but nothing! I have tried emailing, spoken to them on the phone and nothing.

As previous reviewers are saying, sent off my phone 4 weeks ago and still no payment! Fake reviews, false advertising (1-2 working day payment) and a scam of a company who practically steal people’s phones. AVOID!!!!

The phone was sent in 2 weeks ago still not been paid, no one picks up the phone, messages are not replied to. When I finally did speak to anyone they promised to pay me paid that day. This has happened 3 times. The promise of being paid in 24 is BS! Hopefully, this review will prompt someone to pull there finger out over there!
