STAY AWAY FROM THIS CASINO!! I opened an account last week, made a withdrawal, sent in all of my identity documents and received emails stating they were accepted any my account is fully verified.

I have received an email today saying my withdrawal was denied with no explanation, I tried to log into my account and couldn’t, I then went onto the live chat to be told my account has been closed due to higher management decision.

They are absolute scammers, my withdrawal was for almost €1960 how can they be allowed to get away with this!

Very strange casino. Five or one star. Mostly 5 star is 3 reviews tips and 1 star around 5 reviews average. I have deposited here but my Swedish bank havent even reduced my balance since two days. It smells scam. And forced bonus to wager for withdrawal.
Turkish mirrors bypass the 3ds (poorest country in Europe).
For the first deposit then it gets banned.
I would be happy if i could save that euro i deposited:)

You only win when wagering a bonus, but never enough to withdraw, ( €100 minimum) the games seem scripted too. The withdrawal process was far too slow, and apparently I’m lucky to get my 1 and only withdrawal processed ( according to a vip manager ). It took 72 hours to review the withdrawal, during this time I lost my VIP status. As I didn’t deposit enough funds.
Pretty poor tbh!.
When you give them your details be prepared to get inundated with spam emails & txts from numerous dodgy casinos linked to this mob too!.
My opinion would be to avoid!.

I had done my research on this website before signing up, which makes this whole situation more painful for me because I should have known better. I had seen many other reviews mentioning account closure, but just assumed they were doing something wrong, I now know that is not the case at all.

This website is a scam, I didn't even think a company could get away with this sort of customer treatment but somehow they are. They will happily take your deposit multiple times with no questions asked, however upon withdrawal you need to verify your account, which is fine and understandable, however the process takes about 5 days, and then after your account is successfully verified, your withdrawal will still be under review for a couple more days until eventually you recieve an email saying 'Due to breach of terms and conditions we regret to inform you your account has been closed'.

Of course that money you won fair and square becomes null and void and they claim to send you your original deposit back, but that is yet another lie. Don't be fooled by the customer service teams that you will speak to because they are just there to string you along for the ride.

Stay away from this website! It is a serious money hole. I will be taking the next steps and seeking legal action to deal with this problem, I can't allow them to get away with what is essentially daylight robbery. Don't make the same mistakes I did by thinking your experience with them will be different, it won't. The good reviews on trust pilot are all bots or paid reviewers, they are fake.

As expected, they've given me the same reply below as they have to every other unfortunate soul that's had the displeasure of using their website and falling victim to their thievery. I can't access the website now, I have no idea why, they ask me to contact support but it is impossible for me to do so, they have no intention of making amends or helping me recieve my money. Don't take their reply to this review as a step towards helping solve the issues for you, they will do nothing to help you. Still very much a scam.

Deposited 3 x 50€.

Played normal bets, voleyball, handball etc.

Got to 1200€, they put limit on my bets. So i decided to withdraw my funds. After my KYC was approved, i waited another 20 days to get email from them.

In email said: ''Following a thorough review of your account, we regret to inform you that we are no longer able to offer our services to you due to a breach of our Terms and Conditions.''

They closed my account so i couldn't get in anymore, stole all my won money, and refunded me initial deposit.

Without any explanation of what i did wrong, and i did nothing because i played normal bets. Im reporting them to licence provider and writing to you all dont bet on this site because they are a bunch of thieves that dont pay out wininigs.

This has been a terrible experience. I deposited €150, received a bonus, wagered it, and requested a withdrawal of €1000. I immediately received an email asking for documents for KYC verification, which I sent 3 days ago. My account still hasn’t been verified, even though the website says the process takes 48 hours.

Whenever I contact the chat bot, I get the same generic response, and they never reply to emails. On TrustPilot, almost all positive reviews are fake, while the only genuine ones are negative, just like mine.

Conclusion: Do not deposit money here – this is a scam!

Absolute scam. Wish I’d read the reviews before playing. Read while waiting on my €1600 winnings to be processed, took that long I then played €600 away. Account verified ok but then as predicted from other reviews, account closed for breach t&c’s, wouldn’t tell me what. Have played no different to any other casino and went by the rules. Said would refund my deposits, told would be within 14 working days, is now 18. Don’t play on this site.

Deposits can take upto 24 hrs to appear in your balance and are usually rejected.

i was asked to do a review on kindgomcasino, i like the UI, my favorite colour is dark blue so it is very pleasing. i have not played it, so it dont know if it is legit, but atleast looks halfway decent.

Do not waste your money. Terrible site, won’t pay out and doesnt follow responsible gaming. I’ve been emailing support for a month with no reply but they will reply to every negative review on here saying how terribly sorry they are and they’ll look into. Use another site!!

I won 800 euro on this site and I withdrawn 800 euro on the 7th August , now today on the 12th Aug I recieved a email from kingdom casino telling me that my withdrawal has been declined, I went to try to log in and I cannot get into my account, I am not blacklisted anywhere online and im totally legitimate , I cant even change my password to get back into my account because this site wont send me a link to change my password, theres something definitely dodgy about this site that takes your money quick at the cashier but they dont want to pay your winnings, 100% fraud,

the dirty crooks aint even given me a reason what Terms and Conditions i broke and why my account has been closed, it was a normal 20 gbp deposit without any bonus, and I got my account upto 800 euros, so what Terms and Conditions have I broke? these crooks need closing down

its now 7th sept. I sent an email to this site like they asked me to and still no reply and an explanation to why my account was closed and my withdrawal was declined

I cant believe i had a phone call from someone who pretended to be someone who was trying to get me my money that I won, he said to me that Kingdom Casino wants to offer me 15 euro to remove my post from trustpilot, unbelievable, I told him where to stick it

This a completely fraudulent site. I withdrew €2000 12 days ago - still no money and no response despite many emails and multiple attempts to contact. They are an illegal gambling company with no licence and no right to operate within the UK. I really look forward to their defensive response like on every other 1 star review.

Now 20 days on and not getting any response or money. Look forward to an updated reply.
