I am not sure why there are so many negative reviews for the company. They have verified my account with no issues. As a previous reviewer has said, as long as you provide the correct information you should have no problem. I have been advised that the payout for my winnings will now take up to 36 hours (not including weekends) In all honesty i will rate them up to 5 stars if this happens. If there are any issues in obtaining my winnings then i will change my review. The customer service team on live chat are incredibly helpful and polite.

UPDATE: My first withdrawal went through with no issues and this was done in 48 hours. I am now on my second withdrawal and it's been sitting there as 'Under Review' for 8 days. The customer support has stated there is a backlog of requests right now. Looking over previous reviews, I am now starting worry. I will keep you all updated on the progress as time goes on.

Do not waste your money here, once you contact their customer service about the scam they block you

Really the worst casino ever, if you win money they don't want to pay out because you live in the Netherlands but you can deposit money, hopeless casino, already 3 months busy, choke on it

total scammers , won a reasonable sum of money everything was verified but no withdrawal payment and i,ve just found out tonight that they have closed the site so no £ for me or anyone else

THERES BAD SITES OUT THERE THAT MAKR IT HARD TO GET YOUR WINNINGS BUT YOU GET THEM AFTER A LONG FIGHT BUT THIS SITE TAKES THE PISS JUST BLOCKED .

I deposited 300 and won over 900. I then read the reviews and wouldn't you know they closed my account.

Basically, anyone from the UK you can deposit, but you can not win. They will not pay out and close your account. They have said they are refunding my deposits however I'm not holding my breath after reading the other reviews.

It's part of the TC'S that UK players are not allowed...but on registering you are asked where you are from and I was able to join no problem. Even after sending post codes, address etc, still allowed to deposit.

As I said I'm not holding my breath for the money back. It's theft by deception at the end of the day and I will escalate it.

10/10/2025 - update - to be fair they did give me my deposits back including the transaction fee.

Funnily enough I have a screenshot from chats stating ive done everything correct I will be taking further action against this horrendous scamming casino . Will update daily until I get all my deposits back

So 1 day after the review ive told them I will be reporting to all authorities to hopefully get this site shut down or atleast looked into as they are scamming everyone and even take legal action if needed and now I have received this......

Made a small deposit with kingdom casino to see what its like as the reviews are mixed. All good reviews are jus⁹t about the site and don't mention withdrawing any winnings, were all the negative reviews are saying they don't pay out and its a scam.

Now I've won a very good amount and have put a withdrawal in, I will up date my review if or when I get my withdrawal.

So account still hasn't been verified and dont think it will be. Think it will be closed under section 3.1.2 of the T&Cs (which silly I didnt read before joining, let's be honest everyone reads the T&Cs apart from me) it basical say if your a uk resident your not allowed to play on the site which is strange,as when I joined up and had to select which country I was in the uk was already selection for me, even tho your not allowed to play in the uk.

So not holding my breath on get my 3000 winning from my 60 euro deposit. But in a strange twsit of events the money has not come out of my account yet, I will be contacting my bank with the transaction ID and asking them to stop it going thought at a later date.

Over 3 weeks. Cancelled my withdrawal.
Gave me the option to enter uk bank transfer details and then ejected it and said wanted international bank details.
Bank and forth a thousand times. A new problem each time. Awful

So what is crazy about this website is it asks you at registration what country you are from i put the United Kingdom. It doesn't warn you that the casino does not accept customers from there and even advertises quick GB withdrawals which now have now disappeared. Strange? I have little faith i will see my money at this point as the support does not want communicate whether it is complaints or the actual support section. Do not risk your money this way.

This site is a complete SCAM, please don't use it. Won €100. Made it so difficult to withdraw, saying dont recognise my e mail, although they e mailed me!!!!. Then documents were not right. Finally after threatening them with legal action they then refunded my £50 deposit, however you need at least €100 to be able to withdraw no less. Please say clear of this gaming site

Scam! From 10rh september till today I waited for my withdrawall, and today i receidev the email that you all from uk you will. Like you break the terms and conditions. I did not do nothing.
