A nice casino , got my Saturday bonus , didn't manage to wagger it , but I am happy I am getting my promo every week so it keeps my Saturday evenings a bit busy.

Kingdom Casino are a major rip off ,Scam Artists. I only just got my account completely reviewed and checked ,I've played for weeks gradually building up 600 euros and with the bonuses and though I would cash out . With in hours they confiscated it and just refunded £25 euros which the 600 euros wasn't even from this bonus session . winning is winning .doesn't matter how many times you win and loose if you have won and built up a pot then that your winnings. SCUM BAGS NEED CLOSING DOWN !!!!!! .They claim I've breached terms and conditions like they keep doing to other people. Nothing to do with being from the UK otherwise why confirm my account email address bank ,address where I live licence ect. You kingdom Casino have broke contract . I will get your site investigated . delete my account , you cant hide .giving one star is over generous I need a saw to cut it up . I think this is a site to get peoples details so later on you get bumped up the arse !!!.

I won €6000 my account was fully verified and after 12 day they just send me an email that my withdrawal was denied and after that an email and they said that my account was closed without reason. I emailed them after that and i asked them how I broke the tlc and i still didn’t get an answer they also send me back that money i deposit in that account but my winnings no. This casino confiscates winnings with outrageous contempt for it's players and no warning. Having deposited and played across various games, then tried to withdraw, I waited a month whilst they made up issues with bank payments or their 'finance team' were reviewing. Finally they emailed on a Sunday night (when the 'finance team' don't work) to say they had confiscated 2500 euros of winnings for playing with bonus funds. No warning, no compensation. Quite simply a brazen decision to improve their profit margins. Please don't waste your money here. If you are unlucky you lose, if you are lucky, you still lose. And please, Kingdom Casino don't pretend to appear the considerate business by replying with your formulaic response here on a public forum. It's meaningless.

This company needs to be stopped! Keep being told my deposits will be refunded and still waiting! I want my £700 back!!! Don't tell me to email complaints or supports i do that and hear nothing!! I have had countless responses from you to say you will refund my deposits so just refund and do the right thing for once!!!!!

I was very sceptical about the refund they have offered me after closing my account but I actually got it within a week.

Tbh I can honestly say at the moment I cannot complain. I have been playing for a while now and yes when I requested a withdrawal I then got asked for my id, proof of deposit and proof of address but this is pretty standard on most gaming sites, yes it was a long process with them wanting extra this and that but I was able to provide everything they wanted and am now fully verified and am now awaiting my winnings entering my account. If my winnings don’t enter my account very soon then I will be back to write a very different review. But at the moment I am very happy with the way customer service have dealt with me.. Very professional and courteous.

The website seems fine, they have a large selection of games. Here's the problem... if you are in the UK you are not supposed to register on the site. I've spent about £500 over several sessions in the last 4-5 weeks. I have €1,100 sitting in credit but I think I'm going lose it as I've breached their terms and conditions. I wished I'd checked them properly before I joined. I'm going try get on there customer service Monday. I think I should be entitled to something back as they seem happy enough to allow UK players to sign up and spend their money!

Games are always up-to-date, never lags and everything works fast, deposits are easy and fast, payments are slow from time to time but if your not in a rush there is no issues.

Made multiple deposits on new account. Won £1800 on roulette. When attempting to withdraw, advised the DONT ACCEPT UK CUSTOMERS, and the account was closed. No payout or return of the £200 deposit!

SCAM they do not ever verify your account, your told to wait 48hrs but after sending all I.d NOTHING. Sketchy site, DO NOT give your bank details to them and id as they are fraudsters

they say they don't accept UK players on there T&C
but when signing up they allow UK players and allow you to deposit, when you come to withdrawing your winnings that's where they have you, stating you need to send your info, Passports, Divining licence, proof of address, once you done that, you will get a email saying you breached T&C and block your account.

I decided to challenge this on email, saying well if you don't accept UK players I want my funds back because you breached your own T&C when taking my money, they stated in my email they don't accepted UK players and your not initialled to pay-outs or deposit refunds, I have had to contact my credit card company and raise dispute.

The worst sight i have ever used . They take your money in a second , but take 8 to 9 days to pay out winnings , my last transaction took about 3 weeks to receive!!!! I have heard about company's keeping money in the bank so it gains interest, wont be using them ever again ! 😡😡😡😡😡🤡🤡🤡

Lies, scams and theft. I won €2000 and spent 3 weeks jumping through hoops with verification and withdrawals. Hours spent talking to the chat team, and e-mails when they bother to respond. Eventually they cancelled my withdrawals and confiscated my winnings as they made an error with the deposit. DO NOT USE THIS SCAM SITE
