Genuine Hotel Quality Towels at Last!
I've been looking for towels which matched my hotel experiences for some time. I have always been disappointed with the products I purchased, eg from misleadingly-described products peddled on Amazon UK.

Outstanding customer service
It has taken me way too long to check in here, it's been so busy,
But I wanted to take the time to address excellent service and shout out the sales person who I spoke to on the phone for this order.
I had clearly ordered a bit last minute and had called the team and asked her if she could in any way speed things up for the present/bathrobe with embroidery to arrive on the 14th /Valentine's Day.
While she did not overpromise and managed my expectations, I then got the below email and not only got my package on the 14th — but on the 13th already.
My partner loved the present, and I felt truly appreciated and like this person put me first as a client. I will recommend King of Cotton to everyone.
Please do some digging to find her name, she was truly amazing and deserves all the credit.

Although I was disappointed in the product, I was, however, very impressed with the customer service.
I ordered a 13.5tog duvet and received something more in keeping with 4.5tog. Despite my opinion, I was assured the product was 13.5tog. Your company communicated well about my enquiry and made great effort to collect, at no expense to me, and inspect the duvet sending sensible and polite emails in this regard.
So, a well done to customer service :)
