Still waiting for my order that is 6 weeks delayed

There was a slight hiccup with my order, which I don't think was of your making, and I have to say, the way out was dealt with was beyond expectations. There are many other companies that could take a leaf out of you customer-relations book.

I have purchased a number of items from Kings of Cotton inc mattresses, bedding, towels etc etc ...amazing quality, fast postage and especially I am impressed with customer service! Thank you very much!

Bit of a breakdown in communications when item out of stock but sorted it out so just a bit slower service than normal

Came on time, no problem with delivery, was very rough, not as white as I’d expected, a bit yellow, a little bit underwhelmed. I should have paid more to get the one I really wanted.

Quick dispatch and delivery. Superb quality, very warm and cosy.

Excellent service and high quality products which are good value for money

I had a query and telephoned. I spoke to Morgan who was incredibly helpful and I was able to order what I needed. It is so good to be able to talk to someone direct rather than have to go on a website.

Delivery was quick, well packaged. Dressing gown was a good fit and good quality towelling, overall a great experience with kingofcotton.

Fantastic waffle cotton blankets, delivered promptly

This review is only with respect to Customer Fulfillment and Customer Service as I never received the towels I ordered. In a nutshell, I ordered bath sheets with blue banding for approximately £70.00. A week after placing my order I received an email informing me that the towel was out of stock and that there would be a 6 week delay before I received my towels. The email offered the alternative of receiving a towel with black piping - apparently the only colour available. The email had no contact information.

When I contacted King of Cotton, it turned out that they had charged me for the towels even though they didn't have them in stock. The woman I spoke with on the phone was incredibly rude and unhelpful. There was no apology for being unable to fulfil the order or for charging me for a product they couldn't supply. Instead, I received a lot of "Yup", Nope", "Thats how we do it" between a liberal sprinklong of sighs.

My impression was that this company was running on an ad hoc basis with no rules or policies in place. Hopefully, they will return my money.

I ordered 1000 thread count cotton fitted bed sheet. Compared to other 1000 thread products I have bought, the material is extremely thin. It is very hard to believe this is 1000 thread count.

Having not had a duck feather & Down Duvet before and finding duvets too hot even in winter with tog 4 I was nervous that this one would not work! Not so! It works so well regulating the differing temperatures and causing better sleep!
King of Cotton are fast delivering and reliable. Would definitely recommend!

The quality of the towels are excellent
I have used King Of Cotton for many years to buy all my bed linen and towels
and they have always provided beautiful products in a timely fashion. I would recommend this company absolutely for quality of products value for money and excellent customer service.

The sleeve ripped off after one wash.
