Dont make 100% advance payment till final delivery.
Everything pre-sales is of a good customer care. Post-sales - frustrating and suboptimal largely due to poor supply chain, production issues, transport, and customer service. The product itself - i stocked my gym (servicing public) in Spain and 4 month after 100% prepayment, items are missing.they also arrived in 3-4 batches due to poorly handled logistics at the point of production and dispatch. Either parts or machinery. Advice to those looking to purchase from this company - apportion payment on such terms that would have % settled upon 100% of delivery and installation.

The product looks and is very nice, but: they really have to improve their logistics behind their delivery promises! We had a journey and still are within the storm - which is not acceptable at all. December: order. April: may be delivered. -

Custom Outdoor Rig
If you wanna have an affordable, state of the art, durable and extensible rig with top notch customer Service. Kingsbox is the place to be. I got a default outdoor rig and had this extended by a custom build to be able to also have rings and a climbing rope. I was accompanied during the whole process and had a great experience. 10/10 would do the same if I had the choice

Very bad customer support
Very bad customer support, they are not responding, lying about delivery dates. They promised I will receive my Order(ordered for aprox. 2500€) in the beginning of February, still nothing. They don’t answer my emails. Worst experience ever. I’m never ordering again.

Squat ramp, pack-man weight
Squat ramp is very good product(I recommend 15 degree angle), these pack -man weights could be better, they slip and are not suitable for lower weights

Royal Short TNT Fold Rack
I ordered the Royal Short TNT Fold Rack as well as a Dip Bar and concrete screws to attach the rack to the wall.
The order process was easy enough; all the necessary information was provided on the website, and the shipment arrived within 13 days after I placed the order, within the expected delivery date estimated upon ordering.
One of the two packages arrived in a chaotic state, having been taped several times by the delivery company. The small items, such as screws, were scattered throughout the package, but I believe this is an issue exclusive to the delivery company. Luckily, all the pieces except the plaque with the company name on it were still there and in good condition, so I didn't have to return the shipment.
Lastly, the rack is exactly as depicted on the website; it is of excellent quality and looks very lovely when mounted on the wall. One thing that could have helped the order process was if some information had been provided regarding the number of screws required. I ordered them, but didn't realize that eight screws were needed and only got 4. While that is entirely my fault, it would have been nice to find this info on the website itself. As I don't have much experience in mounting racks, I wasn't sure if they were necessary and how many I would need.

Starter Vest
Starter Vest is made of durable material and is very comfortable to wear.
What also made me decided to purchase KingsBox product are wights that are actual block and not bags filled with sand.
These blocks are very easily to take in and out of Starter Vest compartments.
I highly recommend the product!
