I’m leaving this review mainly because we had the most fantastic estate agent. If you get the chance ask for Charley Wosser she is honestly the most down to earth and helpful person who has got us through the process effortlessly. I cannot emphasise enough just how much she helped us.

My experience is with the Leeds team who used to be JLL before Kingsdene bought them out. They've looked after me as a tenant and still do until end of month. This is a very professional team who take their jobs seriously. Laura and Sam at the Leeds office are both pleasure to deal with it and have helped me with every query and dealt with maintenace requests promptly. Thnaks guys it was really appreciated! Highly recommended!

The Manchester rental can be a minefield usually full of agents who just see you as a number. I was pleasantly surprised when I was dealing Kingsdene.

Firstly, I spoke with Charley who initially couldn't offer me an option that aligned but didn't give up. Contacting me the very next day with an amazing option.

Secondly, we were shown the property we decided to rent by Jacob who was very clear, professional but also down to earth. Following the visit he was always very responsive to any question.

Overall, I'd recommend Kingsdene to others who are looking to rent and possibly buy in Manchester.

Extremely disappointing agency they are totally unaware what they are doing. I tried to purchase property vie kingdene but they totally failed. They dont accept responsiblity. They dont answer the customer request. I don't recommend anyone work with them!
You havent answered my question you just slight it. You dont care your customer. It has been 5 months you keep me waiting. I lost time and mkney because of you. I will go further to get my full money.
I contacted with you this is your responaibility but it is easier for you to not accept your respinsibility. It has been more than 1 month we sent document but still asking same document. This is your lack of responsiblity!!!

Had a great viewing with Charley-Joe today in Manchester. Charley was brilliant, made me feel very comfortable and had answers for every question i had, made me feel like she cared, which I haven't found in many estate agents. Well definitely keep using Kingsdene till I find my perfect apartment.
