Initially had a disappointing experience where the courier messed up and only delivered half the consignment and my emails to Kiravans ended up in their spam folder (and I accept some responsibility as I should've followed up with a call). However, managed to get in touch with them, and to their credit, got the missing item sent out, so top marks for turning things around!

Outstanding Customer Service
Most companies have a good helpful sales department. But few have a customer support to match Kiravans. I had a problem with a product I purchased from them. No fault of theirs. I sent an email which was quickly replied to despite them being busy. It was followed up by a phone call, and further emails to ensure the issue had been dealt with quickly, and and to my satisfaction. It's easy to talk the talk whilst selling, but often a different story when there's a problem. I have found the support from Kiravans to be outstanding. I will use them again and recommend them without hesitation.

Curtains…
I bought a set of curtains from Kirivans for our VW transporter which we have converted to a day camper. However, because we had not stripped out the original panelling the curtains and rails all had to be adjusted. Their customer service is excellent. I'd like to thank Kayleigh for helping to sort everything out promptly and efficiently. For this reason I am awarding them 5 stars and recommending the company.

Top notch customer service.
Bought some rain gutter, an inexpensive product, it wasn't great as the adhesive pad was poor so didnt stick properly, I didn't raise a complaint as it was just a cheap item, however, i did leave an honest product review on the item. I then received an email from Kiravans offering me a full refund which was unexpected and pleasantly surprising. As a result from this excellent customer service i was use them again.

Excellent customer service
I bought a fridge from here and when it arrived unfortunately the handle was broken. The customer service was excellent and very helpful. They replied straight away and gave regular updates while sourcing a replacement, even giving a partial refund whilst I waited for the part. Highly recommend and will definitely buy from them again.

Amazing customer service
Have no idea why there are negative reviews on here. My dealings with them was nothing but a pleasure. They constantly kept me updated with my order and were asking if everything was okay after I had received it. A few weeks later I needed to return something as it had a manufacturing fault and after one really helpful phone call, they sent me out a replacement and said I could keep the old one if I could get some use out of it. Absolute brilliant company to deal with!

Can you smell that rat?
This would have been one star had they not refunded me the money and acknowledged an issue. I bought the camper thermal insulation but unfortunately there is an problem with the adhesive as this comes unstuck in hot weather. Right pain as I have to clean of the sticky residue and apply spray adhesive. My other main concern is that the review I did on their own website which is negative doesn't appear amongst the 5 stars. So, unfortunately the reviews are skewed in their favour, should have smelled a rat!

Disappointing products/ non-existent customer service.
Disappointing products (passenger seat swivel crude in design, and difficult to use. Swing-out table leg came with dangerously sharp edges which punctured my expensive airbed). Customer service non-existent, with zero response to my emails.
And just look at their reply below - no effort whatsoever to address my complaint. That says it all, I suppose.

Customer Care non existent , totally unprofessional company, AVOID
I ordered an item from them 02/05/20 and received an email to confirm delivery, 06/05/20 .Due to COVID 19, I left it 5 days over the delivery date to chase my order- 11/05/20. The response by email stated the order was still pending as the payment had not been made, either transfer to an account number or phone to pay. Why had no one contacted me to state this had happened?As the order had failed last time I tried to call but no one ever answered it just said everyone was busy and leave a message. I emailed the helpline for the fourth time , asked them to call me , there was no response. I emailed again and then started ringing from 8.30 am reaching the same answer phone. I emailed again asking for a callback, they told me I must have a problem as other customers could get through. I became exasperated with their lack of care, concern and customer service and strongly advise not to purchase anything with this unprofessional company.

Excellent after-sales customer service
I had a problem with a seal on a window. Kiravans have gone above and beyond the call to help me with this and I received a Free of Charge replacement the next day.
For their excellent after-sales customer service, I will recommend this company to anyone and will certainly buy from Kiravans in future.

Find any other vendor
In general any vendor can cope when things go well. It is how vendors cope when things do not go well that separates the men from the boys, IMHO.
My problem with Kiravans is not that things went wrong with my order. That is unfortunate. But it is because at no stage did they make any attempt to help rectify things. That is unforgivable IMHO, especially as it was their fault there was a problem. Especially as several times I sought their expertiese. And especially as their first email in response to my order said, “We’ll do everything we can to make you happy with our service.”
The fact of the matter is they did nothing, hence I urge you to shop elsewhere.
OK – the fuller story. I ordered Polyvision aero windows and the description included “… this set comes with pretty much everything you need … Matching black frame and black glass … ‘Blacked out’ finish for privacy ...” What I got was Polyvision grey frames, there was no tint on the acrylic, they were not the aero model, there were no instructions, there were no mounting clamps … I phoned and was requested to send an email.
My email described some of the problems that were immediately apparent and ended “I hope we can sort something out”. Their response admitted “this is completely our fault” and offered a refund. It made no attempt to get me what I ordered. It made no attempt to get me the missing bits so the items delivered could be used if I chose that option. I note the refund option is an obligation under the Consumer Rights Act of 2015 as the goods were patently not as described. My point being this was not customer service, it was legal obligation.
So I sent a second email including “… I would rather have a solution … it would be bizarre if your best offer is for me to find another vendor”.
I got no response, so I tried to escalate in a third email to Rob McC (co-founder & Director and author of “We’ll do everything...”), requesting the refund and noting “I am still trying to source qty 4 1000*500mm Polyvision aeros with fixing brackets, black frame with black privacy acrylic”. All I wanted was the goods they offered for sale on their website! I got a return label.
As I write this their website is unchanged.
On the basis that Kiravans “everything to make you happy” equates to nothing, I advise anyone reading this to, like me, find another vendor.
I got my refund 6 days after the wrong goods were delivered back to Kiravans.
