Kisa is an amazing product
Kisa is an amazing product. I had purchased one for my father who has dementia and he has used it to stay connected to the people who are important to him. Without his kisa phone he would remain isolated and we are sure that he would have declined faster. I spoke with Dimitri at the Brisbane disability expo, who gave me excellent advice for maintaining the kisa phone, which ended up being some simple tips for battery health (and also so info about the new monitoring service).
It's a great product, provides peace of mind and promotes independence.

Rubbish phone and poor service
The phone lasted less than 12 months and was unbelievably expensive for its limited functionality. 4 phone calls and no service AT ALL to replace or fix the phone. Don’t waste your time with this company. Once you have paid for the overpriced phone they simply don’t care.

After investing several hundred dollars on this phone KISA have increased the monthly fee by a staggering 75%. Making it unaffordable and not good value compared to other mobile phones that work better and have more options,

Great service
My mum's Kisa phone started having issues after many years. So I took it to them to be checked.They did it on the spot, cleaned it, gave it a new battery, all for free. The phone itself is terrific for the vision impaired and the staff are friendly and always super helpful. Thanks Kisa.

I am super impressed with Kisa, outstanding service both face to face and over the phone. Purchasing the phone for my almost 90 year old mother has been a game changer for both mum and our family. Other friends and family will now purchase for there loved ones after seeing how well it's worked for mum. Highly recommend this product as the after sales follow up support has been outstanding.

5 star customer service
The customer service over the last 5 years from Kisa has been brilliant. From simple help with recovering usernames, issues with online platform to step by step purchasing a new 4G phone - the customer service team go above and beyond - even calling to see I got the email they sent!!
The product itself is exactly what it is advertised! The phone is very simple for my elderly uncle to use. Highly recommend for anyone who wants the ability to communicate easily with their loved ones.

Follow-Up and Suggestions
The follow up was quite good. The KISA support team provided loudspeaker capability so that he could speak and hear the phone without holding it up to his ear. One concern is that older people take longer to respond: 1. They have to hear the phone and then answer it. It takes longer for them to get out of chairs etc, therefore the ring tone needs to go for longer. The speaker volume perhaps should be a little louder too.

The product allowed my father to make and receive calls during his last 12 months in aged care. A very simple product with people's names clearly and largely appearing on the keypad. He and we felt connected with one another. He was unable to dial out on a normal mobile phone.
Exceptional service
We had an operational problem with a replacement phone and were unable to make or receive calls. The staff at Kisa were very helpful and made numerous calls to sort out the problem with our service provider.
I strongly recommend Kisa as a company whose staff go the extra mile to look after their customers.

KISA is perfect for my 97 year old mother
The website is easy to navigate, the staff are patient and helpful when required and the device is perfect for my 97 year old mother who no longer has the capacity to operate a 'normal' phone. Without the KISA, she would be isolated in hospital.

Kisa phone is so stylish, simple and easy to use. The whole experience of choosing from different colours and designs, also having an SOS button for peace of mind. The staff are very helpful and friendly.
