On ordering the candles I was kept informed on when they despatched, and they arrived promptly. Safely packaged, and it smells lovely, quite restful.

The diffuser arrived promptly and well packed. The product, a sleep aid, seems to be helping too.

I’m very disappointed. I placed my order on 3rd March and the Mother’s Day gift has still not arrived. I have been asked to give a review on a product that has not even arrived.

I have had no updates so it’s looking likely that the gift I wanted to give my mother will arrive after Mother’s Day. I will now have to at short notice seek a do the gift for my mother which is now very stressful.

Great service & prompt delivery, love the smell of my Sleepy Head reed diffuser! Also have the Italian Escape wax melts, haven't used one yet but they smell fab in the bag!

Beautiful scent with the wax melts I bought but not overpowering. Plus I can have them in my electric burner for a few days before the scent runs out. I will definitely be buying again from here

The two candles are sweet, one of the labels on the tin wasn't neatly fitted so cud have improved, lovely personal present however

Delivery was punctual. Carefully wrapped. The candles are beautiful. Unfortunately there was a problem with my order - however they happily corrected it immediately. It would have been a 5* review otherwise.

This is the first time I have tried kiss air reed diffusers. After seeing them in Prima I decided to try the product to help me with my sleep. It is certainly helping and the fragrance has not affected my asthma which is good. Hopefully by the end of January I will be having the perfect nights sleep
