Price extremly rising during booking session

I wanted to book a flight via Skyscanner. I have already often booked there and the mentioned price was always correct when booking. So this time I chose kiss and fly, wrote down all my data and just before pressing the payment button, the price increased from 357,42 Euro to 543,43 Euro! And I was watching the price for three days in advance, it was always the same. Absolute scam. Refused the payment of course and booked with another company.

Information to your answer: I don't have a reference code, but I screenshoted the booking session. If you send me an e-mail address, I can send the pictures to you.

Thanks for keeping me updated and calm Kiss&Fly

I booked our Tokyo to Okinawa tickets and after my bookings I read a lot of bad comments about Kiss&fly.
Now I understand people rarely leave positive reviews, because good service is often taken for granted. That’s why, as soon as something unexpected happens, or there’s an issue—even if it’s resolved during the process—people often leave reviews based on their immediate emotions. They really help me for my anxious questions after seeing all these negative comments. My experience is really positive with Kiss&fly. We got our tickets and all is well. A little anxiety provoking....

A little anxiety provoking..... it took me 2 days and multiple interventions to get a ticket issued ... merely hours before the flight. However, the support agent was very professional and clearly a person, or at least identified as such

They left me stranded abroad

They left me stranded abroad by cancelling my ticket half way through the trip. I had my boarding card for the return leg, but they somehow, for some reason cancelled the ticket so I wasn't allowed on the flight. Then of course, its impossible to reach them. It feels like I was scammed.

Update. To be fair, they have responded to my complaint. I received a "sorry for any inconvenience" general response and they refunded PART of the additional cost I incurred on a new flight home. So, I am still out of pocket, still have not received an explanation about how they could cancel my ticket and of course no compensation for the massive inconvenience they caused me. So maybe this is just "incompetent" and "unprofessional" rather than out and out scam. Still, don't trust them.

Update, 1 month on. They still haven't refunded my full costs.

Beware that this group also operates under other names: Tickets, MyTickets, and Travelfrom, probably due to overwhelming negative reviews.

Kiss good bye to your flight

Booked a flight. It took them more than 28hrs, only to come back and say the flight isn't available. Why would you sell something that you can't provide? When checked online, flight was still available. However, due to their inefficiency price has gone up. Hence, they gave us a budget airline with connecting flights. Had to cancel the flight. Ended up spending more money to book the same flight with another website. Avoid at all costs!!!

Booked tickets through their website. I had chosen a ticket and the system booked me another ticket and then wouldn’t let me to change it. They asked for more than 1000 danish kroner to change it.

I canceled the reservation.

Blackmail and lots of lies!
Attention! I made a reservation, they took my money, and in the morning they asked for another 40 euros because the" ticket had gone up in price".
Then I canceled the reservation and asked for a full refund. They assured me several times that the money would be unblocked and I would get it back. This is a lie. I'm still waiting ...
Twenty days later, my money was refunded. But I can't agree that it's right to buy a plane ticket like this. At least it hasn't happened to me before. Especially if this is the only money we have. I'm sorry, but I won't be using your services anymore. The only thing that was good was the communication and the quick responses. Thank you!

At the time we attempted to issue your tickets, we unfortunately did not receive confirmation from the airline that seats were still available under the fare you originally selected. In such cases, we have only two possible options to offer:
* proceed with ticket issuance with an additional payment (to cover the difference for the available fare), or
* cancel the booking and return the full amount.

As the additional payment was not suitable for you, we cancelled your booking in accordance with your request.

Regarding the payment: we did not charge (withdraw) your money. The amount was only temporarily authorized/blocked by your bank to verify the card’s ability to pay. On January 8, we released this authorization, meaning the funds should have been unblocked by your bank and become available on your account.

If you still do not see the funds, we kindly ask you to contact your bank’s support team, as the final timing of when blocked funds reappear depends entirely on the bank’s internal processing. We also sent you a supporting document by email, which you can provide to your bank so they can locate the transaction and confirm the status more quickly.

We sincerely apologize again for the inconvenience. If your issue is already resolved and the funds are visible on your account, we would greatly appreciate it if you could update your review to reflect the final outcome.

The best app

I like this app, all in one place, passenger info, loyalty cards, Apple Pay. There’s no hidden fees, very reasonable prices. Just 2 minutes to issue a ticket.

Poor costumer service

This company accepts my flight and takes money off my Credit card. The next day they cancle my flight after being booked and cost me double to book the next day. If I knew better o would of responded with a different platform as I fly with them frequently

As soon as we received the airline’s notification, we acted immediately and searched for the best possible alternative flight option available at that time, trying to minimize any disruption to your plans.

Since the alternative itinerary did not meet your needs, we did not proceed further and cancelled the booking. The payment was refunded back to the purchaser’s bank account. We understand that a refund does not compensate for the inconvenience and the higher cost you faced when rebooking on your own, but please know that our intention was to support you quickly and transparently and to prevent you from being left without options.

Your trust is very important to us, and we sincerely regret that this experience did not meet your expectations. We are continuously working to improve the speed of confirmations and the clarity of communication in cases where airline availability changes unexpectedly.

I bought a ticket for a flight to…Malta

I bought a ticket for a flight to Malta, however at the counter my customer information did not come up. The person at the counter said this might have been due to this specific flight being a charter flight. I don't think the company is a scam, I just think that issues on the backend with different airlines can occur which can lead your ticket to 'not being found in their system'. It was a scary experience given that I had a few following flights. If I had missed this flight, I may have had to miss $1000 worth of hotel bookings and follow on flights.
