EDIT: they agreed to reimbursement of the ticket I HAD TO BUY MYSELF as their team was unable to rebook me or find an alternative or provide any confirmation. I had to spend 5 hrs more traveling as any other direct option was too expensive and I did not want to risk. However they do not want to reimburse me for the flight I did not use which I initially booked. Unprofessional with no sense of customer rights.
Absolutely horrible!! Canceled last minute my flight, send me an alternative for a flight 3 days later when I see there are other alternatives on the same flight I got canceled. Not to mention they lied that a "technical error" caused the cancelation.
Will be reported!!

Then today at 12:03 I received a mail saying my seat has been cancelled.
I get on my profile, I see the other option is still the same flight I booked; 20 December at 20:55 to Zagreb
I take it; but then feel something is off why asking me to confirm the flight I already booked as a new flight.
Then I call customer service and she tells me no sorry the change it’s for the 22 which I say no, can you find a better option she says ok I will search and tell you.
But then I call again it’s another girl to whom I tell to cancel the flight, she says okay stay online and I will get back to you, then she gets back to me after 5 min and tells me my flight is cancelled and I will get the refund in 48h, I tell her I don’t see the confirmation email and she tells me it will arrive soon that was at 12:40. Normally call are recorded so they will know
And now at 14:32 I receive a WhatsApp message from you saying my flight didn’t change it’s tomorrow 20 December 2025.
So, the girl confirmed me the cancellation, and refund was in 48h which I expect . This technical issue of yours is the last thing I want

I have booked a flight from Zanzibar to Arusha and at the end of booking, I wasn`t sure iy my checked luggage was included in the price. I have send a message to the service... At the counter I didn`t paid any extra money. All in all, I hada a pleasant flight and the nice experience. When I was home, I received an answer of the service ;)

Everything feels like a scam, but it is simply antisocial business behavior. So just stay away from this company.
I had booked a flight from Las Vegas to San Francisco. After passing security with my boarding pass, I was told at the gate that I could not board because my ticket had not been paid. This happened because kiss&fly reversed the payment shortly before departure and tried to pay for the ticket with airline miles instead. It seems this is part of their business model. The payment with miles did not go through, so I was denied boarding.
I had to book a new and more expensive flight on the spot and lost half a day of my vacation at the airport. That was not all. Fearing the same thing might happen on the return flight, I booked a new return ticket as well and asked kiss&fly for a refund of both flights.
Of course, kiss&fly did not respond. After almost two and a half months with no other way to get my money back, I filed a chargeback with my credit card.
Unfortunately, only one of the flights was refunded because kiss&fly claimed I could have taken the other flight. They had not responded to any of my messages and I had every reason to expect the same issue again.
In the end, I had extra costs of 150 euros for the new outbound flight and 170 euros for the return flight. Booking with kiss&fly cost me 320 euros and I got exactly zero flights in return. Just book elsewhere. This is one of those companies that try to offer flights 10 euros cheaper using some mileage tricks, but at the end of the day they do not care about the customer and screw you over.
So book somewhere else and give this company a wide berth.

Ich hatte einen Flug von Las Vegas nach San Francisco gebucht. Nachdem ich mit meinem Boarding Pass durch die Sicherheitskontrolle gelangt bin, wurde mir am Gate gesagt, dass ich nicht mit an Board kann, da mein Ticket nicht bezahlt wurde. Das lag daran, dass kiss&fly kurz vor Abflug die Zahlung zurückgezogen und versucht hatte, den Flug stattdessen mit Flugmeilen zu bezahlen (es scheint das ist Teil des Geschäftsmodells). Leider gib die Zahlung mit Meilen aber nicht durch und somit konnte ich nicht an Board meines Fluges.
Ich musste kurzfristig einen neuen teureren Flug buchen und hatte einen halben Tag Urlaub am Flughafen verschenkt. Das aber nicht genug. Aus Sorge, dass dies beim Rückflug erneut passieren kann, habe ich natürlich auch wieder einen Rückflug gebucht und kiss&fly um Rückerstattung meines Flugpreises für beide Flüge gebeten.
kiss&fly hat sich daraufhin natürlich nicht bei mir gemeldet und als nach fast 2,5 Monaten keine andere Möglichkeit mehr bestand, an mein Geld zu kommen, habe ich meine Kreditkartenabrechnung zurückgegeben.
Leider wurde mir da nur der eine Flug erstattet, da kiss&fly sagt, ich hätte den anderen Flug ja wahrnehmen können. Auf meine Nachrichten hatten sie allerdings nicht reagiert. Und ich musste fest damit rechnen, dass hier wieder dasselbe passiert.
Nun hatte ich Mehrkosten von 150 Euro für den erneuten Flug und weitere 170 Euro für den Rückflug. Die Buchung mit kiss&fly hat mich also 320 Euro gekostet und ich habe genau keinen Flug dafür bekommen. Bucht einfach woanders. Das ist wieder so ein Unternehmen, das mit irgendwelchen Meilentricks dir 10 Euro billigere Flüge anbieten will, aber am Ende des Tages ist ihnen der Kunde egal und sie f**ken dich in Ar***!
Also einfach woanders buchen und einen weiteren Bogen um dieses Unternehmen machen.

Very bad customer service changed our flight 45 mins before departure and delayed for 4 hrs on calling them hanged up the phone in the middle of call. No one should book from this service as it is the worst one I regret in doing so. It hampered our flight, car booking everything never recommend to anyone.

I booked tickets for a return flight that is coming up in the next 2 days. I was not provided an e-ticket number with the itinerary and have now noticed that the provided PNR is not compatible with the airline’s log-in, which leaves me highly concerned that the tickets are not actually valid. I have not yet received a response from customer service, despite having contacted them via multiple channels.

The company only provided me with the outbound flight and not the return, but at least they reimbursed me part of the ticket. I've been asking for the correct receipt (for reimbursement from my company) and they promised that would send it within 10 days, but almost a month has passed and they disappeared. Still waiting for it.

I absolutely cannot recommend Kiss & Fly! My flight was initially “booked” and I was told that ticket issuance could take up to 24 hours. More than 27 hours later, I received a message that my flights could not be booked. Unreliable, non-transparent, and completely unfriendly to customers. In the end, the booking number I received from them via email was incorrect, I was unable to complete online check-in, and as a result, I had to pay **€55 for check-in at the airport**. I will never use Kiss & Fly again and strongly advise avoiding them!

I found a ticket and I was able to buy it from their website (being in Brazil it's so difficult to do that), I got the confirmation but no ticket was issued. They have debited /blocked my money for nearly 24 hours and after that I have got a ridiculous e-mail saying that they have tried to book my ticket but the fare is no longer available. What the f..k?
