Perhaps instead of putting verified company under their name it should say "verified scam". That way, people will know to avoid. They're in the business of leaving travelers stranded and pointing fingers at others when you manage to get a hold of someone. I had an agent tell me she was going to call me back within 10mins because she needed to verify something (this was after having had numerous online chats as well as phone calls about an issue with my return flight). She called back several hours later trying to point fingers. Anyway, it's safe to say to avoid them and save yourself the headache.

Ticket booking went smoothly. The price was attractive comparing to the competition, as well as suggested airlines were the ones I prefer. I didn't know this website before, so I was little bit concerned of how it goes (given all those negative reviews). But I got my ticket within an hour from booking and I was able to find my booking on the airline page.

I booked a flight ticket that was significantly cheaper than the one offered by Airline. My booking was confirmed and the money was debited. But just one day later I received an email that this ticket could no longer be offered to me at this price. Tickets were still available for the price offered. It's not my problem if Kiss and Fly miscalculated and sold it to me too cheaply. In the end, it's not worth it for me to take legal action here. I just hope that I get my money back. It's still a big scam.

I am super satisfied with the service. I booked the return multistop ticket through them for Mumbai-Munich-Autin. I have had the issue with baggage as the ticket was booked with 2 checked bags but flight operator was seeing only 1 bag on their end so I was in trouble as my flight was in night but kiss and fly team has responded me through chat without letting me even wait for couple mins. Their chat team is on spot and reachable within 2-3 minutes after request.
I had the same issue with outbound and return flight so I think they need to improve their backend operations so passengers doesn't have have any trouble at all. But top notch on service and support therefore 4,5 stars. Thank you

Price and purchase experience was OK. All the rest was not OK.
It took some minutes to get the purchase confirmed. But after that, no ticket was issued and my flight was in two days. I had to call them to get it done.
I never received any email to check in. When checking in directly in the airline website, I realized that the email in the ticket reservation was not my email but some internal email from their company.
Also the return ticket was issued with a different booking code and ticket number. This was quite confusing when I had to check in for the second flight (for which I also didn't get any email).
Although I've entered my miles and more information when purchasing the ticket, this information was not automatically transmitted to the airline.
It looks like they are doing everything manually behind the scenes and nothing is automated.

My American Airlines flight was canceled. I asked AA for a refund and in a couple of days AA confirmed they refunded the travel agency (Kissandlfy) that should refund me. Since then (almost 2 months), K&F has always been responding with automated mails saying they are "working on the refund", "doing their best" and so on. Unacceptable. They are simply not giving me my money back (money already provided to them by AA)
