I put in an order 5 weeks ago, after 2 weeks I contacted company requesting an update on anticipated shipping. Was told my order was half made ( I ordered 4 items! ) and it would be shipped as soon as completed. Another 2 weeks passed so I contacted them, I was told my order was nearly done. Yesterday week 5 I contacted them and was told only 1 item available the other 3 were out of stock!
Offered a refund if I didn’t wish to wait! Summer is over and my order was for my summer holiday ( now over)

Finally agreed refund however, could only be offered 95% as they needed to cover ‘world pay’ fees. I was grateful to receive the money back into my account.

Absolutely agree with all on here. Don’t under any circumstance buy from these people. The pictures are lovely on their advert, but what they send is nothing like it. Report them to Facebook everyone, if enough people do it, we might succeed in getting it removed. Beware there’s more than just KissHey using the same photos, I imagine they are all scams.

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered three dresses ,not the fabric as described, please take advice and stay away, As some others have said, not worth paying postage to China

Same as all the rest , awful service, even more awful material, mine was supposed to be embroidered linen , what I got was nylon with a sticker on !!! 😡and as for sizing.... forget it , pleeeeese don’t order !!!!!

size and shape of the dress I bought (xl for size 14) was perfect. Dress is gorgeous and divery time was excellent but .....

The material is shocking. Very flimsy, see through and definitely bri-nylon. Will still wear but needs a full length underskirt. Very disappointed but more fool me, after all, you get what you pay for.

Don't buy from this company. Sent wrong size and refused to accept return and replace it. Offered a discount on future purchases.not a chance. The quality is poor in the extreme !! I would give zero stars if that was possible.

The worst company ever.selling seconds goods but advertising and selling as lovely clothing. Received three items one was not seen property on seem, hole in it, second had part of seam sewn through to outside third had writing on it which should have said hippie soul but said hippil sovl. Goods sent from Milton Keynes. Asked to return two items as I could live with mis print. They said no point in return as it is not cost effective and offered a 20 percent discount and told to give to s friend. Told them unwearable why would I waste my money. Carried on with emails going back and forth finally put a dispute up, now they said return to China when they distribute from UK, what a rip off company.

I ordered 3 items in good faith which failed to arrive. I notified the company that I was going on holiday and would not be available to take delivery and that I was cancelling the order which did not appear to have been dispatched. I was offered a refund but so far it has not been forthcoming. There are still adverts for the same products being advertised on Facebook etc but different companies so buyer beware.

There should be a no star rating for this awful company who sell badly made dresses that are not as described and then refuse to give back money as stated they will in returns

I ordered the dress 3 weeks ago, still no dress and order number put on whistl not recognised. After reading reviews I’m not hopeful of dress arriving and if it does it probably will be of very poor quality. £32 wasted .

So I ordered what looked to be a stunning linen floating dress. I checked their sizing and as I'm normally a size 12 I went for an XL.
When the product came it was not the same as advertised. The quality is awful. Stitching doesnt match up. The dress is way too long and not linen. When I asked about their return procedure, the emails did not make any sense. I am £27 out of pocket. I will not be buying from them again. Lesson learned.

Reported to Trading Standards who have no jurisdiction to act because the company operates out of China using a Milton Keynes address for a shipping address.
I now have my full refund from PayPal. However the catch is that I have to return the item not to Milton Keynes but to an address in China. The cost of postage will wipe out the whole of my refund. What a scam and nobody seems to be able to do anything about it. Even Facebook will not shut the page down.
UPDATE - Returned the goods to China at a cost of £9.10. Sent all the information requested to PayPal twice. They have now changed their minds about the refund, leaving me £47 out of pocket. Honestly, you couldn’t make it up!
The irony is - had I accepted the scammers offer of a partial refund and not relied on PayPal, I would have been better off.

Never again 5 weeks later and still nothing, 3 dresses ordered £72.00 down. Can't wait to see quality and size. And it looks like i might not be able to return them even if i wanted to.
Don't know if this company can be shut down from the internet.

I have emailed regarding poor fit and quality - reply Friend sorry to about poor fit clothings you send me photographs.
The quality of the clothing is awful I also should have found the reviews , nothing I bought looks like the pictures both dresses same size and are dramatically different , looks linen and it's a poly cotton mix very unflattering.

I can’t even get them to confirm where on earth I send the dress back to. Have sent about 6 requests for their address. Once I know, I can claim payment via Paypal. There’s a sort of address on the package but no company name just a warehouse. Has anyone any knowledge where I send back to?Thanks. Have warned them if no response by end of day I will sue. 1 star is too good for this bunch. 14 August update Since that post I have sent by Royal Mail tracked and signed for to the address on the parcel. It was signed by Lee. I then let Kisshey knew. Guess what? 48 hrs after that they responded giving me an address in China. I think they believe I was born yesterday. If trade descriptions can’t do anything and FB, typically, say they can’t do anything, perhaps harassment might be the only answer. If we get refunds via PayPal, do they get the money back from Kisshey or is this a loop that Kisshey are exploiting? Either way they shouldn’t be allowed to get away with it. OMG...Why did I not read the reviews 1st???? The dress I ordered which I must say looked lovely in the pictures was nothing like what I received. Firstly it wasn't cotton like advertised it was some sort of polyester, it showed gathers in the photos & looked like a cotton/linen boho type of dress, but was infact 2 pieces of material sewn together very badly that a child could have done, it wasn't hemmed just left raw with an overlock stitch. So so dissapointed. Cost £30 with postage & so far no reply to my emails...

Very poor experience.
Ordered £55.08 of clothing, three weeks later and nothing has arrived.
I am following it up with Paypal to reclaim the payment.

I ordered two dresses over a month ago. Wish I’d read the the reviews before I bought from them. I have not received any despatch information air had any correspondence that my order is ready. The tracking numbers only show still awaiting shipping. I ha e tried to email them numerous times. No acknowledgement from them. I paid £54 and have asked for a refund again no acknowledgement. So please please save yourself some money Do Not Order from these. I suspect there defrauding many of us
