Wish I'd read these reviews! The quality of the dress I ordered was extremely poor and more like a tent than the size ordered. I have contacted customer service and had a reply suggesting that i should pass it on to friends or family - seems to be a typical response! And also typically they have offered 10% refund as a gesture of good will. Am awaiting a further response to my rejection of their offer - will keep you posted!

Absolute rip off. Inferior material, the size of a tent, colours nothing like the dress advertised. email address does not exist. Avoid like the plague.

Ordered a dress says cotton blend, actually cheap polyester. Waste of time trying to send it back they just offer you 10% off and tell you to give it to someone else. It's gone straight to charity shop I didn't even try it on that's how cheap it looked and with posting cost me £28. Never again would I buy from here.

Wish I’d read these reviews before ordering. Sizing is totally wrong and quality is rubbish. Their email address does not work so no way of contacting them.

My wife recently purchased 2 dresses which were supposed to be in 💯% Cotton,but are in fact poor quality Polyester.
They were also ordered in her correct size,but fit like a tent !!.
They state on their website that they offer a return service,but in fact they do not..
They will offer a10% refund if you keep them and give them to friends or family.
They will also tell you that the returns will probably get lost and you are also liable for import duties which will probably exceed the goods value.

I have learned one valuable lesson which is to always check Trust Pilot before buying on line. On this occasion I was lucky that it wasn’t a more expensive item.

I am going to follow up with Trading Standards.

Their sizing is way out. Thus is the response i got my request to return a dress and get a smaller size.

Because the goods are shipping from other countries ,the custom fee is so high when return.It maybe lost in the process of returning.If lost , we can't refund the money to you. In the process of returning goods,the high custom tax you will be charged.The cost far exceeds the value of the goods.If you really do not want it and it is not suitable for you, you can send it to your friends or family.In order to show our sincerity we can give you 10% refund , do you agree?

Be warned. This is a dreadful site. The pictures of the clothes and the styles are lovely but must be copied from somewhere else. The actual items you'll receive are extremely poor. Thin hanky type material with rough sewn hems, and dull, inaccurate unmatching colours. Sizes completely random. If I can report Kisshey as unscrupulous - I will. Please be warned. A waste of money. A money making scam.

Terrible nylon dress the size of a tent. Disgusting quality. Do not buy. It's a shame, because their designs are great, if only they were made well in good material, they would do we. Wish I'd never bothered

Ordered 2 dresses both same size ...1) I can't get on & the other one is like a tent ...emailed them & they want pictures what's all that about SO PLEASE DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY...wish I never 😡😡😡😡😡

So wish I'd seen these reviews...dress was marketed as cotton, red and white summer dress. Actual item was 100% polyester, red and pale grey, together with a tear in the side seam.

Please do not buy from this company. The dress was like a tent on me. It's impossible to return and they send stupid emails and ask for you to send a photo of the dress in badly written English.

When you receive the package there is no return address. It must be a scam.

So so wish I’d read these reviews before ordering their dresses. Totally oversized, in fact I look like I’m wearing a tent. They had the audacity to ask me to send a photo of me in the dress (which I didn’t do obviously) and then said “why you no like”. They then said to pass to a friend or family and they give me 10% credit! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I am currently going through my credit card company to get a refund 😡

Please please DO NOT buy off this website. The dress i bought was hideous nothing like the picture .I've had better dish cloths. I have tried to get a refund with no luck up to now. This is a very bad company. Again please think twice before considering buying from them.

Just received order from kisshey.com. The dress I ordered, in its picture on the site, did not have sleeves and came down to the floor. What arrived is knee length with sleeves. Ordered what should have been a generous size but was far too small. The fabric is extremely thin. The label in the dress had been cut out so unclear that it matched the size on the bag. No paperwork enclosed either so no returns information.

Exactly same experience as others, sizes are totally incorrect and then when you try and return, they say it’s too expensive so cannot refund. Do not order from them.

Same experience as everyone else. Received same reply when wanting to return something. They don’t seem interested in you returning anything. Clothes look lovely in photos but are very bad quality.

Two dresses arrived today. Both are too big . The holiday dress ordered was brown but is orange and made of a cheap looking material and one of the tassels was loose and about to fall off. Considering the price paid, will not recommend this website to anyone.
