Absolutely horrible experience - THEY LIE!
Absolutely horrible experience, don't ever order from them! We ordered a dress for prom with plenty of time for shipping. The company even contacted me and asked me the date of the dance to ensure we received the order on time. I thought that was a good sign. WRONG. They didn't ship the dress despite me contacting them multiple times requesting them to ship ASAP, even offering to pay expedited shipping. The dress didn't arrive in time for the dance and never got worn.
I requested a return due to the slow shipping and was told I had to pay return shipping plus a restocking fee. After much arguing about the added fees they agreed to send me a prepaid label and give me a refund.
After several weeks I got an email saying they weren't giving me a refund because the dress is damaged. WTF? The dress was never worn, never even taken out of the bag or tried on because it arrived after the dance. Total SCAM!!! DO NOT BUY FROM KISS PROM!!

I purchased a dress from this company…
I purchased a dress from this company back in April, and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing.
The quality of the dress was far below what was advertised. The material felt cheap and was not worth the price I paid. I returned the dress as instructed, expecting a timely refund.
It has now been months, and despite numerous emails and follow-up attempts, I still have not received my refund. Customer service has been unresponsive or has continued to delay resolving the issue.
I would strongly encourage potential customers to think twice before purchasing from this company. Poor product quality is one thing, but failing to refund customers after a return is completely unacceptable.

Still awaiting my refund
I ordered a dress for an event. It came as pictured and promised but was a little small. I returned it promptly. It had been a month and no refund despite receiving the dress back on 6/19/26.
I have emailed them twice about my refund status to which they have replied to allow 7-10 business days. Still no refund.
Very disappointed

Pink off the shoulder homecoming dress
This dress is one of the best dresses I have ever ordered and since this is going to be my daughter’s senior year, we had to get one of the most unique ones we could find that she would feel comfortable wearing. Exceeded my expectations
I was nervous at first to purchase from this store as it was my first time, however after reading lots of reviews I decided to purchase my senior prom dress from here. The dress was absolutely stunning it looked just like the picture and i’m completely serious when i say it is my favorite prom dress out of the ones i got for previous years. Not only that, but the prices were very satisfying compared to different stores i looked at. They are very quick to respond to emails if you have any questions. I reached out them via email and Ellen was very helpful working with me to make sure the dress arrived on time. She even reached out to ask my measurements to make sure the dress fit perfect. I did not customize the measurements and the dress still fit me perfectly and i got lots of compliments! i wish i had another year of high school so i could get another prom dress from here Loll i definitely reccomend!!!

Last minute dress
We ordered a dress based on the sizing chart and had to have it rushed in order to make it in time for prom. We were extremely nervous as we knew we had no backup plan. Ellen and her team assured us that the dress would make it in time and they kept their word. We got it 2 days early and it fit perfectly. The dress was high quality and gorgeous. We would definitely use Kiss Prom again in the future.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. They bury in their return policy that shoes are not returnable but on the product page for purchasing shoes it clearly states "Easy 30 Day Returns and Exchanges" but they will not honor an exchange for a different size.

If I could give 0 stars I would. First, I ordered a dress for prom in March 2026, the dress was beautifully picture online. Almost $300 total. I received the dress to find the quality not as described whatsoever, the tie strings were metal, for almost like a shein sweatshirt. Not anything like pictured and packaged horribly. So i immediately started the return process. Lets just say if you are unsure and say “it’s fine i’ll return it.” Don’t buy from here. It is currently July 14th 2026, almost 5 months now without receiving credit back for this dress. I have been in contact with them over 15 times through email and they constantly tell me it will be refunded soon and they’re “working on my case” this isn’t court for a speeding ticket. I’m returning a prom dress never worn and in perfect condition. As of yesterday we filed a dispute with our credit card company and I will be going as far with this as possible, horrible business and customer service. Do NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Plenty of other businesses selling the exact same dresses, try somewhere different.

I purchased a total of 3 dresses in…
I purchased a total of 3 dresses in March and April. We returned all 3 in the appropriate time window and they were unused and we returned them in April. A month later I still never got my refund. I have emailed back and forth with them several times and they keep saying their payment processor is the cause for the delay. It has been 2 months. This is a scam. They do not return your money even when you follow all the directions properly. They should just be honest and state they do not take returns at all.

Kiss prom worked out good!
Kiss prom does take awhile to produce and ship your dress. Order early to make sure you get it in time. Ellen in Customer service helped me with my order and replied to my emails once a day since we are in different time zones. Overall my daughter loved the dress and we would buy from again!!

I’ve had an amazing experience with KissProm! They were extremely communicative and made sure I was a pleased customer. Ellen especially made sure to keep in touch everyday. Informing me what dresses were in stock. She made it known their priority was me and she was able to get me a dress before prom had begun. Even going out of her way to comfort and let me know that I would be getting a dress in time. Around this time, prom was a week or two away. So I was definitely stressing.

Do not order from KissProm! I ordered a dress for my daughter’s prom and after 3 weeks of no communication, I asked to cancel the order and receive a refund (several times). Despite my attempts, they still shipped the dress (which was not quite the dress we ordered). We received it after the event and almost 5 weeks after ordering. I then told them I’d like to return the dress and had to fight for them to even send a return label and agree to a refund. After I sent the dress back, it then took 9 WEEKS to receive a refund. They acknowledged receiving the dress back and it took weeks of fighting with them and my credit card company to finally get a refund. Don’t waste your time or money on KissProm!
