Cheap materials and most certainly are not one size fits 8 to 20. Photos on the website are completely misleading

I bought a blue sally fringe jumper and I loved it so ordered another one in another colour aswell as another style of jumper…when the second one came which was supposed to be identical to the first blue jumper ordered there was huge difference in length so two identical jumpers in different colours totally different lengths I was gutted as I loved the first one…the other jumper I bought was also to short so both jumpers from second order were sent back. The quality is great but if you are tall then the jumpers are short
and as stated identical jumpers in different colours but different lengths.
I did send an email to explain of my disappointment when I ordered the second jumper in different colour and the length was 4 inches shorter but I heard nothing back…not a peep
Shame put I would not order again because of reasons explained

Got a great gilet. Love the range of clothes and they're good quality, not mass-produced poor quality items from Asia.

Beautiful clothes and fabrics

I sent back my item 3 weeks ago given it was for a large amount of money l still have not received my refund. 3 emails on and not one single reply. Having brought from them several times the refund process is a long lengthy process. I gave 2 stars as the clothes good quality. Please get back to me ASAP as l don't want to be taking this further

This is a lovely blouse, just right for the season as can have a T-shirt under, wear with leggings or jeans so very wearable and useful.

If I could give customer service 10 stars I would. I have been shopping at Kit and Kaboodal for a while now but have never needed customer services, however on this occasion I did have a delivery issue which K&K handled and communicated amazingly to. Thank you so much and will definitely be ordering more.

I ordered a black gilet a couple of weeks ago. I felt apprehensive about the “one size fits all”, the model in the photograph is a small dainty lady, 5ft 3inches size 8 apparently. I am 5ft 8inches & size 16/18. The gilet arrived & looked good, but the shoulders are too narrow…..obviously my back & shoulders are wider than a size 8!! Why aren’t these garments made to fit different sizes? Such a shame, I was going to order other colours if the first one was ok, but won’t do so now.

I ordered a cord dress. Emails I sent asking where my order was after 10 days were ignored. When dress arrived it was enormous so I will return. When they say oversized they mean it! You have to pay for returns too which is disappointing.

Ordered a few times and can’t fault the quality of the items.

Wow! Bought a dress for my hard to fit body, ravaged by time, steroids and a bike accident where nothing now looks nice. Was surprised and delighted that the one size cord dress fitted as a size 20 with various lumps and bumps, but looked great. Ordered two different styles and was equally delighted, even more so if that's possible. All fitted and all looked great! Delivery was really quick too, and beautifully packed. Will absolutely be shopping here again. 5/5.

Cannot recommend K&K highly enough, the unique Italian stylish clothes. So flattering, highly detailed clothing. To name 2 staff members Sam and Angela, who have always been really helpful. Even though never met, they make you feel very valued.

Love supporting smaller businesses however I won’t be ordering from Kit and Kaboodal again and i can see I’m not the only person with the same issues. You have to pay out of your own pocket for returns and the refund process is the longest I’ve ever know from a company ever. They received my return on 24th October and the refund was only just processed so not even received but processed on the 8th November. Such a shame but when you’re spending a lot of money on the items waiting that long for a refund can be concerning.

Very happy with one of two items I bought. Returned the other as it wasn’t great quality and was covered in someone else’s hair. I had to pay the returns postage myself. Although the return was received quickly, I now have to wait up to three weeks for the refund…not sure why it should take so long to process a refund ?

I have bought lots of times from kitandkaboodal, I am always happy with my purchase. You can preorder items too which is really good and they are always sent to you once in. Very pleased with them and will continue to purchase items! Thank you 😊

I placed an order for three items which arrived speedily…that was the good news. Sadly I have returned all of them. The quality of the garments was shocking. A cheetah print coat was not even hemmed on the sleeves. The fabric was cut wonkily with raw crooked edges on the lapels. It was just awful. I could never have worn it as it would have been impossible to hide the raw edges with the lining sticking out over the cheetah fabric. The denim trousers were very long and had loose threads ..badly finished. The jumper did not look like the one photographed and was disappointingly thin. I had read reviews and thought the company was selling quality clothing. Sadly it’s another fast fashion company selling poorly made clothes. Annoyingly I have had to pay to return the items which seems unfair when the garments were so shoddy.
