One sweater was not knitted correctly (Eloise).

The frock is lovely! Nicely made and comfortable. Good delivery time.

I purchased two cord dresses £52 each. They are just "okay" The cord is very thin and they are very overpriced. I could have got them at a local market for half of what I paid. So disappointed in the quality.

I get emails...and you can spend a good half hour going through all the clothing but you fall in love with all of it and particularly the cost. People always remark on the unique colours of my tops and sweaters and ask where I got them and I always tell them. Long live KitandKaboodle.

The clothing is beautiful they do them in larger sizes that are pretty and very modern not fuddy duddy.
When I need help the staff will bend over backwards to help and are very kind. Thank you K&K!

I bought the black and white stripe top and was really disappointed that the seem was raw and fraying it seems pot luck nowadays with purchases- not sure the quality is the same so may rethink

I love everything about Kit and Kaboodal. The Clothes are quirky and fun yet practical. The Facebook group are friendly and it’s great to see the photographs posted with their latest purchases. The Customer Service is second to none they are always there to help. A very happy buyer 😀

Great at speedy delivery but really slow to refund you and no acknowledgement that your item has been received back and being processed. I returned an item on 29/08 and have proof they received 2 days later. My account does not show this and im still waiting for a refund which they won’t let me chase until after 14 days.

Unfortunately the top I ordered was nothing like the picture on the Internet. I ordered what I thought was the colour Taupe, what came was a khaki green and the material was shiny, synthetic and cheap looking. Very disappointed, I returned it immediately

Second dress brought as I love the style and colour. Very flattering and great for travelling.

Such a shame as I really liked kitandkaboodal, but lately i've found that the quality of the clothing is very poor & end up being sent back. The material has been thin the stitching very poor sometimes undone & poorly made to be honest more expensive than other companies selling better quality. I feel bad saying this but I wonder if they have changed supplier or have a different person buying in their things? And top of all of this you have to pay for your returns so all in all very expensive! One thing I can say is their customer service is very helpful & kind.

Very very helpful and very friendly over the phone regarding my order, it seemed as if nothing was to much trouble, which I totally appreciated. Bo sweaters arrived, just another two amongst a whole load of others. Brilliant.
