Return costs extra and shipping in first place. 12€ just to refund something that had poor pictures and descriptions that why I had to return it. The whole return process took one month. Never again!

Too bad.
Unfortunately, although I ordered Ninja foodi 14 in 1 I received Ninja foodi 12 in 1. Because I could not wait to return and receive another product, I decided to keep the one I received. And unfortunately, in less than 2 weeks, the inside of the pot deteriorated without me ever using it without water or using anything metallic or abrasive. I love how the product does its job but I am disappointed by the above and the fact that I can't find a spare pot either.

Huge frustration
Item came with huge holes and production defect. Boards are really dirty and covered by dust.
Components are missing, i cannot fix the Bartisch to round railing, still waiting for the replacement components, it’s getting frustrating.
