I bought a kitchen table the 30th of Sep...
I bought a kitchen table the 30th of September. The delivery was set to 3-7 working days, but when the date was due I just got a auto generated email that the order was delayed due to the supplier. This happened 3 times until they needed to cancel my order and I could order the table when it was on stock again.
I sold my own kitchen table in the begging as the delivery was set for 3-7 working days - i have eaten on the floor since and still not have received my table yet.
They promised me a discount for the inconvenience.
The table was in stock again in beginning of December and luckily I could place an order before it was sold out again (They couldn't reserve it)
Now they have deducted the money from my account and without the discount of cause.... I have written serval emails to customer service but no one is replying.
The delivery was set to yesterday between 17-22. I have cleared my calendar but 17.30 I got an mail from the forwarder that something went wrong and they couldn't deliver the table.
So now they have deducted the money from my account (without discount) and I do not know when I will receive my table.
I have never experienced that bad service and communication from a online store before and who knows if I ever will receive the discount and kitchen table....

withdrew 200,- as "handling fee" for package not picked up (due to ending up somewhere where it was hard to get).
That is for sure not legal and will go to authorities, but just illustrates what kind of company we are dealing with here....

I can’t believe how unprofessional is this company
I had endless struggles to order and afterwards return a product to this company. The parcel was finally returned on the 1st of November and today, almost 20 days later, I get a notification from Klarna informing that the return hasn’t been registered by Kitchentime. I had to prove that I returned it to not have the amount debited from my account. I honestly haven’t been that unhappy with an online store the way I am unhappy with Kitchentime. This is the fist company I am considering taking legal action against. Just not sure if they are worth my time. Absolutely do not recommend.

Mirror broken in transportation twice
Mirror broken in transportation twice. Disappointed that an effort wasn't made to ensure better packaging.
Pretty accommodating customer service though they did ask me multiple times for pictures of labels I had already explained were not applied.
