I would like to return three products I ordered from Kitchentime, and only received 1 return label. I sent a message to customer support last week to kitchentime and still have not received a response. I would like to urgently return these items and I do not know what else to do.
Unreliable Webshop
I ordered 26 wineglases with Kitchentime and after one week only 8 were delivered.
I have contacted the "customer service" several times via e-mail and via the webside, but only got a confirmation of my mails and a ticket number with the promise that they would respond in 1-2 businessdays. So far I never got any answer on my questions. Damage €200 so far. So be aware before you place any order here and read al these reviews, which all have the same content.

Personal top 3 for worst service. On July 10th I bought a frying pan and supplemented the order with a knife to get free shipping 😂. It is August 3rd, the knife has been sent twice but without the pan, i canceled the freaking knife. I live in Denmark, today I get a notification that my package is ready for pickup from Sweden 🤣🤣🤣 and also email to give my opinion in Trustpilot about the pan and knife 🥲

Poor delivery and return options
1. Your delivery service is poor, requires driver to call the customer in order to deliver product to known address with customer waiting, or requires customer to change his/her phone settings to allow unknown callers through. Ridiculous.
2. and now, I see your return service requires jumping through more hoops. It should be simple. It should be simple: customer cancels, automatic reimbursement.

If there was anything that I would have to pinpoint about why it's not 5 stars is because the website seems to be missing some more variety of products. The recommendations also seem to be a bit off but they did inspire me to try and find a different kind of product.

They sent me the wrong item
They sent me the wrong item, when I contacted the customer service I got a mail after two days waiting and they sent me a link to their reclamation page. I guess this would be fine if it wasn’t for the fact that I am supposed to use the item for a special occasion soon and won’t be able to get the correct one in time so that why the only get 1 star. Probably very nice product otherwise..

Looking for my parcel….
I am still waiting for my order expected to be delivered Feb 9th. Then it was postponed at 11th an now I have received a message from Airmee that says that they will let me know when the parcel will be delivered.
I will wait a few more days and then I will request to cancel the order and have my money back.

I ordered twice from kitchentime, with delivery to Denmark. The first arrived quickly at my local kiosk and I picked it up without a problem. The second- a much larger order, with free delivery, still hasn’t arrived. Kitchentime has chosen a solution for those free deliveries to Denmark with a Swedish courrier, Airmee, and that in my opinion, is dragging the whole shopping experience down. If I had known it would get that ridiculous at this point, I would have paid the option to have the package delivered for extra 15 kr at a local pick-up point, instead of dealing with Airmee. I first got a mail and sms from them that they have received the package from kitchentime and will deliver it in a week’s time. They did not show up at the time they wrote me. I tried to contact them the next day, and they only have a chat customer service, which I found strange. I explained the delivery did not happen and they checked, saying it will be done later that same day and that I will receive an sms about the exact time and that I will be able to trace the delivery car. True- I did, and I followed the car on the screen/map, counting down from 17 minutes. When it reached 1 minute, I went downstairs and opened the door, and to my shock, the screen now said “Sorry, we couldn’t deliver the package”. I got an SMS at the same minute, saying “Your package has arrived” and then another SMS 1 minute later that “Something went wrong when we tried to deliver your package” (even though I watched the street and there was not a single car passing by). 10 minutes later there was another SMS that there is a new delivery time for this coming Friday between 17.00 and 22.00. Leaving aside the time (and assumption that people have nothing better to do on Friday evenings than stay home), I am almost sure it won’t arrive even then. I suspect the driver from Airmee just decided today to cut the route short, and I’m not sure what Airmee’s business model is (are they using freelancers/self-employed, WOLT-style?) but it is extremely annoying to toy with customers like that. For most other courier services in Denmark, the customer expects that if the home delivery doesn’t happen on the first try, then the package will be left somewhere (local kiosk or supermarket) and they can pick it up themselves, not wait for 2nd and 3rd try.
It’s a shame really- I expect that the products are true to their description and photo, but I don’t know if I will get them, and if I do, it will be 9 days after ordering, which doesn’t make kitchentime very competitive to the local suppliers whose deliveries go without a hitch. Please, re-consider your (free) delivery (for orders over 500kr) solutions to Denmark, and cut the delivery time.
Edited to add (Friday 11/2): As I predicted, the package was not delivered (again). The tracking app from Airmee is hopeless and misleading- it first said it will be delivered in 3,5 hours; it got stretched to 5,5 hours; at a certain point it said it will be delivered in 1 minute; then jumped to 15 min; then again 1 min (and stayed like that for 8 minutes); then absurdly claimed it will take another 1 hour (i.e. after 23.15 o'clock) and finally- "Sorry, we won't be able ti deliver". This is definitely the worst delivery experience I've had- and that, mind you, is 4 days after my initial complaint, which Kitchentime responded to (and supposedly had time to fix the issue with Airmee). I don't know what to think about either businesses anymore. Now that I've had the chance to read more negative reviews, I can see the "red thread" of similar experiences of customers in Denmark and botched deliveries... :-(

Maybe you should wait to ask for Trustpilot review before the order is delivered.
