I received 3 emails asking me to rate my experience when I hadn't received the goods.
The items were good and went strait to use serving my partners meals as she is disabled and bed ridden so a good product but the time it took to deliver was too long.

Great pans, poor delivery.
The pans were absolutely brilliant but the middling review is because they were delivered to someone else.
Fortunately they were nice people and we were able to retrieve.
