The prices were quite a discount to other sites and now I see why.
Lots of professional, polite emails apologising for delays but once you ask for a refund, nothing so I initiated a credit card chargeback - advise all to steer clear.

Absolutely awful, made a purchase for £220 in November, product never turned up, they don't reply to you. Essentially have stolen my money, hopefully credit card can refund it. NEVER buy from them, total scam and it's a shame they are still able to trade and nothing can be done about them.

If I could give zero stars I would do! Been waiting for a refund for a cancelled order (due to their issue!!) for well over a month! Completely ignoring my messages and emails. Had to resort to reporting to my card provider to try and get my money back!
Dreadful service - avoid at all cost!

I ordered mini food chopper for my dad. He is very old and cannot swallow , so I have to blend his food. Never thought I would I would be scammed. Shame on them.
Ordered 15th december. Sent email, rang. What goes round comes round. So one day it will boomerang on them.

Purchased an Air fryer from Kitchley on 28th November, received an acknowledgement on the 29th, notified of a lead time of 5 to 10 days, a week later notified of a further delay of an extra 5 days, then nothing. Numerous phone calls all reverted to answer machine with messages being unanswered, Emails unanswered.
This week I checked on Trustpilot and found loads of feedback I could have written myself, so much so I had to check. Straight onto the Credit card who have, bless them, refunded. This firm seem legit but my advise is to steer clear, if you do choose to purchase from them make sure you use a Credit card.

Do not buy from these people. I ordered a cooker late November. Originally responsive, stating slight delay but now nothing! No responses to emails for voicemails. Avoid

Like many others I purchased an oven in December . Comms were fine at first if a bit robotic and when I chased for delivery date I was told there was a delay but I’d get my product before Christmas.
Chased again and once again told there was a delay. At this point, I cancelled the order and requested my money back. I had one email response then nothing at all.
Emailed five times and tried calling but the number is a duff.
Have raised a claim through my credit card but still waiting.
Just avoid. Wished Id trusted my gut initially but they were £300 cheaper than others. Lesson learnt!

Purchased a Barbecue from Kitchley on the 25th of Nov, 2025. Got an email from them saying there'll be a delay in delivery. Today is 8 January, 2026 and I have yet to receive the item. Tried emailing, calling and using the online chat support to contact them but to no avail. ABSOLUTE SCAM, DO YOU PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM.

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Ordered a coffee maker in December for a Christmas present. It never arrived. Phone messages never answered, nor are emails to the 'Support team'. The website makes this look a legitimate company BUT IT IS NOT. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Ordered coffee machine in early December, told delivery was delayed. Gave assurances it would in time for Christmas. Nothing arrived. No response to emails, no refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Sadly, I realise that this company is a dupe. Like other contributors I purchased an air fryer in November 2025. After them pleading delays in delivery and giving them time to deliver, I am also faced with stonewall emails and unanswered voice mail messages that I have left. So having paid money upfront, I receive nothing; this is fraud in my book.

SCAM!! AVOID! Ordered an oven on 27th November, still no delivery, no communication, telephone line goes straight to voicemail.

I like the other people who have commented ordered on 27th November yet still no delivery. Had quick responses initially to queries with promises of delivery before Christmas but now no contact and completed ghosted.

My partner has ordered an air fryer on the 2nd of December for a Christmas present and still to this date it has never turned up. We have emailed them to see what is going on and there has been no reply. It has got to the point where a dispute has been raised with our bank.

These guys took our money 6+ weeks ago - product still hasn't been delivered, they haven't replied to x2 emails, x2 voicemails and there 'contact messenger' service is also unattended.

Thankfully paid with AmEx so should be able to reclaimlney

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered an airfryer at the beginning of December, no word until the week before Christmas then told that it was delayed. Asked to cancel and for a refund. Still waiting....... calls just go to answerphone. Emails initially answered swiftly now nothing. What appeared to be a good deal definitely is not. Use a reputable company, one that delivers the next day and doesn't keep you waiting and then never actually delivers.

Absolute scam, don’t know how they can sleep at night knowing they’re doing this. Shock the 5* reviews are Indian names probably where the scam has come from get this website shut down now!!!!

Please do not buy from this company 2,500 pounds down on a coffee machine I didn’t receive, be aware people,
