I've ordered from them twice
I've ordered from them twice, and while the quality of the design work has been good overall, the experience has been inconsistent. I suspect they work with different designers, as the quality varied significantly between orders. After some back and forth, we eventually achieved a result I was happy with.
The real issue isn't the design itself, but how the business is managed.
- **Delivery instructions ignored:** Despite clearly requesting delivery to a French drop-off point, the order was shipped to Switzerland, resulting in substantial and avoidable import taxes.
- **Poor shipping communication:** On multiple occasions, they failed to provide a tracking number or even notify me that my order had been dispatched. I shouldn't have to chase a company just to find out whether my order has been shipped.
- **Impersonal communication:** Emails are never signed, so you have no idea who you're speaking to or whether it's the same person handling your project.
- **Lack of professional guidance:** Rather than offering recommendations based on their experience, they simply follow instructions. It often feels like communicating with a robot rather than an experienced designer who can contribute ideas and challenge decisions.
- **Poor communication on timelines:** The first drafts take a long time to arrive, with little indication of when to expect them. Keeping customers informed of realistic turnaround times would make a significant difference.
I genuinely feel bad giving two stars because the creative work deserves a better rating. However, a good design is only one part of the customer experience. Communication, reliability, professional advice and basic attention to delivery instructions matter just as much.
There's clearly creative talent here, but the business needs to improve how it manages its customers. With better processes and a more personal approach, the overall experience could be significantly better.
