It was a really great experience at kitesjælland! Carlos is a great instructer and took a lot of time at explaining everything very thoroughly, which is great for the beginners course. I felt in good hands when we were on the water with the kite! I will definitely come back for the next session.

First time trying kite surfing and had the best day. The instructor Carlos was very good and made everybody feel safe.

We were 3 taking our first kitesurfing course with Carlos. I can defiantly recommend him to any interested in learning. We started getting all the necessary information which was delivered at a good pace while being very thorough. Then we got on the water were Carlos taught us to use the kite while also focusing on individual progression. In the end, we felt very comfortable with using the kite and was close to starting using the board. This was after 5 hours being 3 people. We all were very satisfied, and will definitely come back for our next lessons soon.

We had awesome, windy Saturday with Kite Sjælland! Very professional introduction course with great equipment. With good instructions and explanations, we managed to learn a lot in 3-4 hours. We even had our first attempts on the kite board. Now we have very solid foundations for our future kite boarding.

Carlos is a great instructor and made my first KITE experience to an amazing one! First I got to practice with a smaller Kite on land to learn the technique. We then moved into the water which was thrilling but I felt very safe, with guidance from Carlos. Would love to come back and learn more!

I highly recommend Kite Sjælland as your way into kitesurfing! I chose to take private lessons with Carlos and that was the best decision ever :)
Soon after I was in control of both kite and board in a safe way that made me progress very fast. Two months later i was doing my first 3-4 meter jumps, riding upwind etc.
He made me an independent kite surfer with the confidence to advance fast, so thank you Carlos! ;)

I have been Kitesurfing for a year now and don’t know what I would do without it, thanks to Carlos and kitesjaelland.dk school. Carlos is a patient teacher who walks you through the process of kite control to board handling with ease. He is a great communicator who knows just what a person learning to kitesurf needs. He has years of experience teaching and knows exactly what you need to progress to the next level. Even after I have taken classes, I see him down on the beach all the time where he continues to give me pointers and helps me with my progression. I think of him as the kitesurfing Guru! Great experience.

My wife and I took private lessons with Kite Sjælland this summer - can only recommend them.

Both Carlos and the other instructors (in our case William), had great knowledge about kitesurfing, patient and informative. The gear was top notch too!
Finally, it's great that they will postpone in bad wind conditions, and also try to pick the day and time of day for the best wind.

I would always come back to take lessons with them. The next step for us, is now to get our own gear and kite on our own :)

We gathered early in the morning and 15min after we started flying the training kites on the shore wearing our regular clothes. Next we wore the swim suit and the equipment and we start training on the ‘real’ one in the water. Last part is to step on the board and surf if you are lucky 
I had no idea about kite surfing and within 5 hours I learned to maneuver the kite and to control it. Totally worth it!

I highly recommend Kite Sjælland, the service is great, fast, very friendly and professional. And what they are providing is one of the best experience in Copenhagen, their gift card is a great present to give.

I took both group lessons and private lessons with Kite Sjælland. I like the focus on safety, which they make sure everyone understands even though they're burning to get in the water. I also like the small group size (max 4), and that they use two kites for four people (although one for each would be perfect, some kite schools use only one for four people, which means even more waiting time). Finally, it's great that they will postpone in bad wind conditions, and that they try to pick the time of day with the best wind.

My first group lesson was with Mats, who was an O.K. instructor, although not exceptional. My second group lesson and private lessons were with Carlos, who is a really excellent instructor, highly recommended.

I took private lessons with Carlos last year which were really great.

Everything was as agreed and even more. We had more time in the water than we were supposed to and he let me use his equipment (we had agreed that I was going to use mine) as the weather conditions had change and my kite was not suitable for the higher wind speed.

Now, after a year later, he's always willing to help when he sees me at the beach or gives me tips on how to improve my technic.

After booking and pre-paying, and confirming possible times and dates very clearly - The instructor changed locations a few hours in advance to a spot more than 1.5 hours drive from Copenhagen. As stated before the possible times on our side were quite limited and therefore this was not possible to achieve and the lesson was cancelled. After providing several options to rebook in the same weekend there were no opportunities to take the lessons. And also because the season was ending.

Although I've never seen/agreed to the general terms Kite sjealland states that I've agreed to them and won't receive my money (1.298DKK) back. So no lessons and no money is the norm of Kite Sjealland.

Be careful with this place before you book.
