Amazing bit of kit.
First of all delivery was incredible, I paid for express delivery but I wasn't expecting it to arrive within 20 hours of purchasing it (next day). Besides that I have used the kit out on field exercises and during fitness tests and it was comfortable, spacious and easy to gain kit from various pouches etc, overall an amazing bit of kit which I have recommended to the rest of my troop.

Bought a rucksack found out it was not uk manufactured as advertised
Which is quite significant to be concerned about hence taking legal action
As part of a resolution the company offered a 50% discount on a future rucksack that never materialised. No replies since. Not the best way to win customers over.

Defamatory and false comments I take very seriously- blackmail accusations show the true nature of this firm, if anyone wishes to see a transcript of all the emails I’ll publish them, just drop me a helpful on the post or a pm.
Strange how I would be accused of blackmail yet still welcome to a ‘discount’. Bizarre

Ok so the firm has changed the wording from blackmail to extortion now. Again, if anyone wants the facts please give me a heads up, I don’t appreciate being defamed. Rather sad (& not that bright) that a firm resorts in such a low way to reply to a negative experience

A rather impatient individual, his own desire to demand an accelerated lead time on an out of stock item let him to trying to extort an item at a further discounted rate, the customer was reminded that the item was already discounted but wanted to effectively have the item at half the PRE-discounted rate. Not really inclined to waste further time on accommodating the individual any further, but wish all the best with an apology that he couldn't be satisfied on this occasion, and we endeavour to give the best to all our customers, both past, present and future.

Great service, quick and easy deliveries. Quality of kit is unmatched and it is half the price of competing brands. Bought bergen and webbing sets on different occasions, delivery and service was 10/10 and the kit itself is still going strong.

KITPIMP LVL 4 SAPI PLATE
Great service. Bought the level 4 SAPI plates and basically got next day delivery.
The item was pretty much as advertised asides from there's no "Strike Face" logo but instead a "IV" symbol in the corner of each plate which is no issue at all.
