Incredibly fast shipping time it blows my mind. Order two pairs of glasses on a Sunday evening, shipped Monday and got it delivered Tuesday! Two days! That's quicker than Amazon Prime some days is crazy. Incredible price, great quality and amazing stylea

Purchased Rayban Meta Version 1 glasses on Nov 27th during their Black Friday sale and was told on Dec 9th "We regret to inform you that we have received notification from our supplier that the Ray-Ban Meta Wayfarer RW4006 frame you ordered is no longer available."

Therefore, BUYER BEWARE ... Kits is selling you something they don't have in stock which means your order can be cancelled anytime. This is the second time this has happened, so it's definitely a pattern.

Usually I wouldn't care, but I could have bought these glasses anywhere else, but now they are sold out and prices have gone back up.

Frame looks good and strong.
Poor job on progressive part of lenses.
I will not recommend anyone for that reason.

Don't order if you want your contacts anytime soon!! 2nd time ordering and 2nd time paying for expedited shipping and 2nd time they are on a week delay BEFORE they even ship. Offered me a $10 credit for the issue. There won't be a 3rd time.

Poor ordering and delivery service. Misrepresntation of shipping dates for paid delivery. Any premium shipping service is just a farce the order arrives like ordinary delivery.

I really wanted to use Kits since they offer such a wide selection of styles at relatively good price points. However, I was given a first pair free offer, and then came to find out it's only up to $38 - which isn't free. Additionally, they added "advanced" lense add-ons to my glasses without clarification or the option to edit.
