It was my first time ordering from Kits and they have gained a lifetime customer. I had a hard time adjusting to my prescription on the first pair of glasses. They were kind enough to review the lenses and sent new ones. I have since then ordered 3 more pairs, including a designer frame. I give it 10/10 and have referred Kits to a few of my friends.

I’ve gotten frames from multiple places and Kits has become one of my favs.
The quality, the stylish and modern look that fits EVERYONE, let’s not even talk about the affordability. Plus, it’s Canadian owned?! Take my money!

Great experience, quality glasses, I wish they would accept much more insurance company that would ease the transaction but overall, I recommend to anyone who need. The " Try On, is very accurate.

The first frame I chose looked awful on me when I received them the pair of glasses I ordered. Luckily, Kits has a great return policy, so I called to send them back. The person I spoke with was super helpful and the process was so easy. I was able to tell them the new frames I wanted and they completed the order for the 2nd pair right over the phone. I really appreciated the efficiency and how easy the process was. Kits didnt want the first pair back, so I'm going to drop them in the donation box at the optimetrist office.
The quality of both frames was excellent and I LOVE the second pair I ordered.
The only issue I had during the whole process is that I initially chose frames in the progressive list, but when I was choosing the lenses, the site said the frames were unsuitable for progressive lenses. Which was a but frustrating. But there are so many great frames, I was able to find something I liked again very quickly.
Overall, my experience with Kits has been excellent and I'm vwry happy qith thwir product and their service.

The glasses came on time and fit great, they did take some time to get used to though. The saleswoman was pushy about choosing the more expensive, higher quality/thin lenses. My prescription is pretty low so I told her the thinness and higher quality is not really a priority. I asked her anyway about the difference between “higher quality” and the normal lenses and her answer did not provide any help she just said they were higher quality and didn’t really explain what that means. I repeatedly expressed wanting to opt out a few times before finally buying the glasses. Overall, she wasn’t trying to understand my needs and kept overwhelming me with upgrade after upgrade when I just needed a regular pair of glasses. She wasn’t very personable or friendly and made the experience a little weird.

Also, I’m both confused and kind of charmed that this place is also a cafe??

Kits is an absolutely wonderful company to deal with. Right from the price quality, and kind service!! there is absolutely nothing I can say wrong about this company and I encourage people left right and centre to give them a whirl! I just returned from a cruise and took several pair of my glasses and had nothing but compliments. Thus passing on the information where to purchase...
