Kitty Angels are quite simply awesome! Our furball is a precious sensitive soul despite being a big boy and the peace of mind KA give us when we are away really can't be quantified. I honestly don't know what we would do without them. We have used the KA service now for several years and can highly recommend them. They even look after our Taratula as well!

Dexter, Teemo, Wolfie, Winnie and Nessa really enjoyed being looked after by Kate. We would thoroughly recommend Kitty Angels, we could relax and know our fur babies were well looked after. Kate kept us updated with messages, photos and videos

Kitty Angels live up to their name. They did too good a job of petting, playing, feeding, and cleaning our four cats who I'm sure were disappointed when we returned from our travels. The daily postings of pics, videos, summary of the cats' daily doings was amazing from people who truly care about animals and their emotional well being.

Great service from Kitty angels, Stourbridge & Annette who looked after Sooty cat whilst we were away. Regular updates throughout. Would highly recommend.

Jeanette from kitty angels halesowen is amazing. Can always enjoy our time away knowing the house is safe and the cats are well looked after. She sends daily updates and photos, you can tell she spends time with them individually, and I must say, is a pretty great photographer. Special mention about her latest visit - our cat was a bit unwell before we left. Jeanette gave a daily tablet which is never easy. She also reassured us that if the kitty seemed poorly, she would make a judgement call and take him to the vets, which again was a massive relief knowing he was in safe hands! Thanks lovely lady

I used the services of Kitty Angels during the holidays for them to visit my two cats. Kitty Angel Iryna was very attentive to them, visiting, giving them lots of cuddles and treats, as well as playing games with them, also sending me lots of pictures of them. I will definitely repeat with Kitty Angels without any doubt on future trips!

Kate was our local area cat sitter & her genuine warm concern for our six cats was evident from the first meet & greet. Aside from wanting to know individual cat needs, likes, dislikes etc. Kitty Angels also watered plants & covered weekly bin collection requirements. Whilst away for a fortnight, daily updates were delivered via video & photo, allowing my partner & I to relax in the knowledge that our cats were well cared for. Kate even bought various toys to engage the cats which was evident in the video updates. I cannot recommend Kitty Angels highly enough. Whilst no cheaper than a cattery, the difference in our cats emotional states by staying in their own home cannot be overstated. We have used them twice in recent months & intend to use them frequently going forward.

We used Kitty Angels for a long weekend break away. Kitty Angels took such good care of our cat he hadn't even noticed we were gone.....which is a very good indicator of how the high standard of care given. We absolutely adored getting our daily updates and photos. Kitty Angels are a brilliant service.

We had Kitty Angel Jeanette look after our kitten Charlene for us. Jeanette took such good care of her and gave her a variety of play and fun! Charlene also required medication on the first time Jeanette looked after her and again was in such good hands and looked after her. Loads of photos and videos too which was extra reassurance and lovely to see how well she was cared for. Will absolutely use them again!

I just got back from a week long visit overseas, previously I used a friend to care for my 2 cats but wasn't happy with the care received. I made the decision to use Kitty Angels and couldn't be happier with the service received. I received updates and photographs from Sarah during each of her twice daily visits to my girls for food and play etc. The service provided by Kitty Angels is fantastic as your fur babies remain in their own home so are clearly more content and happier than if they were in a cattery. I have only used a cattery once and my cat was so upset that she did not eat for days which made me vow to never do it again. Using Kitty Angels means that it allows me some more freedom as I know my girls will be well cared for. A big thank you to Kitty Angels and especially to Sarah from Me, Polly and Mitzi

I've been using the Kitty Angels Birmingham service since January 2022, (5 times so far) and I've been very happy with them.

I usually go away a few times each year for 1-4 weeks at a time and they have always accommodated any adjustments I've needed to make, including extending my visits a few days longer at short notice a couple of times when I've needed to extend my time abroad. I wouldn't hesitate to book with them again.

My usual Kitty Angel is Bridget and she's fantastic, my cat Harley loves her and she always keeps me well updated with a daily message and pictures.

Harley gets to stay in the comfort of our home and I can check in on her via our camera system whenever I feel the need, which would be impossible with a cattery stay (though since using Kitty Angels, the need to check in on her has almost evaporated).

Everyone I know who has tried Kitty Angels so far has been very happy with their service too, I really cannot recommend them enough.

I use Kitty Angels Halesowen on a regular basis, all the Angels are fantastic. The whatsapp pictures and videos put all anxiety at ease as you can see your kitties are very well looked after and extremely happy with all the fuss and play time they are getting. Huge shout out to Jeanette who has spent the most time with my girls, she is fabulous, her updates never fail to entertain me and I always come back to a very tidy home and two very happy kitties.

I have used Kitty Angels now twice. I had previously used a cattery for my cat VeeDub but the last occasion had been really stressful for both of us so I thought I'd try a cat sitter. I had been worried Vee would be more lonely alone at home so previoulsy rejected this.
I contacted Jason from Kitty Angels who arranged to visit to discuss and was reassured by his kindness and professionalism and booked for our forthcoming holiday.
We were to be away for nearly two weeks so I was a little anxious but Zac and Sarah (who stood in when Zac couldn't make it) sent brilliant Whatsapp updates, photos and videos and kept me up to date. It was a mini-heatwave in the UK so Zac also watered the plants in the garden - as well as adjusting the blinds, collecting the mail etc.
I returned to a happy and content cat so was completely sold from that point on!
I have also just used their service for a last minute weekend away - no hassle, no fuss, just accommodated.
I can't tell you how happy I am with Kitty Angels. Its more expensive for me to have two visits a day from them than having Vee in a cattery but it is worth every penny.

I recently hired Kitty Angels in the Halesowen area to look after my kitten while I was away on holiday. Jeanette was assigned to my kitten and did the best job in making me feel like she cared about my cat and her needs. Every day I received WhatsApp picture/video updates and messages informing me of how the visit went. I’ll definitely be using them again for when I need away cover.

Absolutely fantastic. I can not fault. I was so stressed about leaving my 6 cats as they are all a bit individual .. Kitty Angels were unbelievable .. Now I have found them I know my cats are in safe paws whenever I need a break .. the daily updates and services from start to finish were puurrrfeection. Highly reccommended .. your cats will definately approve and you can relax .. thank you so much for doing what you do and doing it so well. I can't thank you enough
