Litter revolution
Litter revolution! I have been using Kitty Litter Box's silicone litter for a few months and it's by far the best litter we have tried. Both my cats adjusted immediately and it's so convenient, hygienic, and really locks in the odour. I wanted to change the frequency of my recurring order and Debbie was incredibly helpful and sorted it for me with no problem at all.

Great company, brilliant litter (really doesn't smell at all for weeks!).
I had to cancel recurring order for a bit and customer services was great - responsive and friendly, and offered a discount when I return! - can't fault them.

Much better packaging
Much better packaging , cat litter now arriving safely without losing any in transit. So pleased this has been looked at as the cat litter is great , no smell and less mess.

These guys used to be good but now they give you way less litter and it’s more dusty too. If I find an alternative considering switching.
Update: customer service reached out and provided me extra litter free of charge, and said they are reverting back to the old litter soon.
