Excellent customer service
Kitty litter box is excellent and their customer service is top notch. It is so easy to replace the box when it's time for a litter change and very easy to maintain in between boxes.

Both of our cats have love this litter, it doesn't smell and makes our life easier not having to change the litter box every other day. The customer support team get back very quickly and have made any changes to our order with no problem. I would definitely recommend!

Brilliant litter
Brilliant litter. Only criticism is, that it does not last a month. I find I’m changing the litter every 10 days. Never the less it’s better than my previous litter where I was changing it every other day

Love this box so easy god it doesn't smell I change mine on the 30 days never smelt. I now have moved into a caravan so thank god for this box. When the cat does not use it as often I change it 2 monthly I hope these stay forever thank you kitty litter!!

Never ever going back to a normal litter box again
A week in and I am a BIG fan so far, the cats took to it straight away and there's so much less kicked out litter! Both my cats are disabled so litter trays, although not a struggle, always cause a lot of stray litter, but not this! Magical. No smell, no dust, half the size of our old enormous litter tray, I absolutely love it. The customer service has been amazing as well, I wanted it to come on a specific day, I emailed and heard back within an hour and they sorted it. BIG thumbs up from me!

Excellent customer service. They noticed and informed me that I over-ordered by mistake. Then they issued a refund - I hardly played any role.
The product is high quality - my kitten favourite place to dig in her poo.
