I applied for a refund because the schedule was changed. However, after two weeks, only a message appears that the shipping company is considering a refund. I expected a refund to take a long time, but it is too much to make customers wait.

These unfortunate people put me in a…

These unfortunate people put me in a dilemma and made me pay double the price of the ticket I purchased, losing hours of tiring time searching for another alternative. And the ticket that I could not use because they made a miserable and ill-considered travel plan, by choosing one flight and another in a very short time, you cannot catch the next plane and thus you lose travel and the appointments that are connected to it. I do not advise you to ever deal with these people.

I don’t recommend this agency company

Highly I don’t recommend this third party agent , they have no ethics and morals , I have been trying to check in my details I was not able to to do online so I had also pay airport check in fee apart that they charge a lot for flight changes fees , I never use this company again . Honestly they should be shut down

I had to return to Australia earlier than planned and the price to change the flight was the same cost as the original flight price. This organisation is a scam

KIWI.COM should be shut down

KIWI.COM should be shut down. I have booked a flight thru them. my travel document passport and selfie were verified. They sent me my e-ticket to travel and confirmed that i will be travelling. 3-4 days later, they sent me an email telling me that i have to do it again thru ryanair by following their link if i want to travel. On ryanair website, i created an account to do the verification again. On ryanair website, it clearly states that KIWI and other 3rd parties are not authorised to sell their tickets, which I did not know.
The verification form from ryanair took £0.59 for express verification. All my 4 attempts failed tho i get green ticks saying each stage was completed but final of all stages failed. I have been trying for the past 4 hrs to get this over with.
AVOID BUYING TICKETS THRU KIWI.COM they are useless, stressing and jeeee a big time waster.
TRUST ME. DO NOT BUY YOUR TICKETS THRU KIWI, they are not authorised to sell tickets. They take your money then when you look at the T&C, they take no liability for selling tickets they are not meant to sell

kiwi's atrocities

hello. I want to tell you my story.
I booked a flight ticket from Kalibo -> Manila -> Incheon, traveling on July 29th.
But on the 29th, a problem occurred in the Kalibo -> Manila schedule.
The flight from Kalibo to Manila was delayed due to bad weather.
What kiwi.com informed me was that the boarding time for Manila was 10:25 PM.
Due to the weather, we boarded past 12:00 AM.
Due to a late boarding time, I arrived at Manila Airport around 01:20 am on July 30th and eventually missed my transfer flight to Incheon.
I asked AirAsia and Cebu Pacific to take responsibility for the delay, but Cebu Pacific could only provide flights around 5pm.
We had to return home as soon as possible due to personal circumstances, so we booked a flight to Incheon at our own expense.
I also thought waiting at the airport from 2am to 5pm was ridiculous.
We politely requested compensation from kiwi for the extra flight we purchased on AirAsia to Incheon, but kiwi only told us that it was non-refundable.

we are angry
If you buy a ticket from kiwi, it says at the bottom of the page that you must arrive at the airport at least 3 hours in advance.
However, the transit time is only 2 hours and 40 minutes.
The airline said that kiwi sold tickets incorrectly.
No one is taking responsibility.
The damage was entirely ours.
Please help me.

Kiwi ticket not refundable

In Seoul, Cebu bought the cheapest flight ticket from Skyscanner to refund the ticket.
And I canceled my flight ticket because of my schedule,
Kiwi said it was difficult to get a refund.

That's absurd.
Even though it is still two months before the trip, Kiwi is not giving a refund due to its ridiculous policy. About 150 dollars is not refundable.

I'm angry.
It doesn't make sense to just take my money. Please give me a refund right away
This is complete customer deception.

I saw a review that this was repeated over and over again.
I hope others will also look at this review and never use kiwis.
I'll never use it again either. Give me a refund right away.

Boycott Kiwi

I bought it because it was the cheapest flight ticket on SkyScanner.
But due to personal reasons, I had to cancel it on a different date, so I requested a cancellation in 2-30 minutes.

When I purchased it, I handled it very quickly, but when I asked for a refund, I had to wait for a long time for the manager's answer, and I had to talk about it almost 10 times to get a refund.

In addition, the trip has not even started, but the amount of more than 50$ cannot be refunded at all.
Even if I ask an employee, it doesn't matter whether you report it to the Korea Consumer Agency or give one star, saying that only the flight ticket can be refunded.

Also, no matter how many times I try to log in after I decided to proceed with the refund, it suddenly bounces.

Who buys tickets from such an unfair airline. Many Korean blogs also say that this company is troublesome to use.

I don't want to use the company again, and I want to stop it if people around me use it.

I booked via kiwi.com which is 20$cheaper. To go penang.
And back to Korea price is same.
Booked at the airasia directly
And found out 1 hour later. I misspelled. Kiwi said wait we are working but there is 30 euro.
Ok understands.
At the same time. I did try airasia by myself done with no price.

I can pay... to kiwi. But they say our team working...
Company is slower than me???
And ask me money. Still waiting. Too stressful. Keep asking me wait. No time limitation

I want to fix as soon as possible.
I am willing to pay.

Fraud company

Fraud company, We booked flight ticket worth 540 pounds, we want to change the flight ticket date as we cant travel on the booked day , we called ryan air, easy jet they said they can provide date change , but they need email id and last 4 digits of the card in order to approve the date change , that email address and card number is kiwi.coms and kiwi.com not disclosing this numbers, finally we end up loosing our money , this kiwi.com doesnt own any flights , flight is owned by ryan air and easy jet , flight ticket company happy to change the date only if we provide email and 4 digits or kiwi.com inform them to change , please dont promote this scam company , its a honest review, you will be scammed by this company

SCAMMERS!!!! Ghosted by them.

Writing another review because of being ghosted by this company...
I had accepted that I'd lost some money in some issues I had, but this is unacceptable.
I bought a multi city ticket, and after flights being booked on the wrong day, I spoke to the airline and they said they would be in contact with kiwi to process my refund as they said it was their fault. Well... I get a passive agressive email saying I was wrong and then proceeded to gaslight and minimise the issue. I was literally stuck on a greek island and had to buy a ferry ticket because they booked me on the wrong day and didn't tell me!!!
I've sent multiple enquiries, and not seen a cent, I spent $1600 Aus dollar on my tickets, and ended up only using 2 flights, which if I'd paid for those two flights it would have cost $300... so unacceptable.
I should be reimbursed for the cost of the flights they mixed up, and they should refund everyone else on here because this company is a SCAM

I requested refund for flight that had major change in layover and flight cost $1300 for 4 tickets and they “refunded” me only 100 dollars as a credit to use with them for a new flight. Kiwi is really the worst agency

Kiwi is really the worst agency. The processing speed is really slow and the countermeasures are not good. I made a reservation because the round-trip ticket from Incheon to Cebu was the cheapest, but it was a big mistake. It's their trick. It's a bad agency that lures people to the back of their heads with cheap tickets. The trip hasn't started yet, and I've asked for a refund, so I just repeat the waiting and saying I don't know. What should I do if I trust them and pay my money and they say they don't know? I want a refund of my money right away. Also, I paid 710,000 won for the schedule change, but when I asked the airline, it was paid 630,000 won. Where did my 80,000 won go? There should also be an apology and a detailed explanation for that. It doesn't make sense that a refund is not possible. I still have a lot of days left, but should I just be stupid if I don't explain why I can't get a refund? I want quick action.

DON'T USE

purchased a ticket departing on June 30th
This company tried to buy it through the airline because it cost over $100 for extra luggage that could have been added for $30.
And I was informed by the airline 9 days before departure that the ticket I had purchased was rejected because it was purchased through Kiwi.com.
When I contacted Kiwi.com about the matter, I was informed that there was no such thing and that it would be dealt with without any problems, but surprisingly, nothing was done!
They were completely unaware of the things that could be confirmed by just calling the airline, and they just kept repeating that they would check it throughout the day.
The ticket I bought was cancelled, so I had no choice but to buy another ticket!
I requested a refund, but this company is repeating that they will investigate if they are willing to issue a refund and will do so if they qualify.
I am so curious if there is no way for this corporation to be expelled from society.
