I booked a flight ticket through KIWI last month, and there are still 10 days left until the schedule. I canceled it because I had to change the reservation schedule. The first payment was KRW 440,000. However, I received an email saying that I can't get a refund after canceling. It was said that you can only receive 10 EUR (13,914 KRW) as a credit. Objectively speaking, this company seems to generate profits from this consumer damage. Never use it.

I booked a return flight to Cebu from Clark. KIWI changed the schedule of my flight going to Cebu, but I did not accept the changes since we already booked hotels and transportation going to our destination (4AM of April 26th).They canceled my return flight to Clark too. Spoke with (inevitably) a call centre operator, who just did not seem to appreciate the impact of what they had done. They advised it was a 'technical issue' (what nonsense is that?) and suggested we just re-booked on their platform. In desperation tried to do this - but flights now showing 4500 euro and returning to different London airport to one departed from.
I have now read the Trustpilot reviews and wish I had done so beforehand, my experience seems to mirror that of so many others. Do think very long and hard before using Kiwi. I certainly will never make that mistake again!!! Fortunately refund has been made. We have had to cancel trip, cancel accommodations, cancel car hire. This treatment is totally unacceptable. Beware.

I booked a flight to go to Japan this April. However I won’t be able to take the flight at the time I booked, so I was trying to reschedule my reservation. I made a phone call with Kiwi airlines but this manager Alodia? she was so rude. She didn’t provide a details about the policy and she just kept on saying that I can’t reschedule the reservation. But I checked the information that said “You can make changes or cancel up to 48hours before the journey.” But she handled this situation like its not their problem anymore, I felt very disappointed and frustrated. These workers in Kiwi airlines are not welcome the customers. Now I don’t even want to use Kiwi airlines, I just want a refund and buy tickets from other airlines.

They paid 30€ for me to take back my story, but I let you judge if it worth the review and rating...I booked 6 months in advance a couple of flights to be back in Singapore on August 5, for 1200€, with Airasia - Not took FLEX option because I was not flexible and MUST be in Singapore on the 5th. They are changing departure/arrival schedule all the time (3 times already in 1.5 month, and till 4 months to go...), until it does not work anymore for your schedule - I guess on purpose, they propose now an arrival on the 6th and call it a 'minor change' (but if I wanted to arrive on the 6th, I would have booked for the 6th, right ?) - And then ? I lost 1200€ ! because I didn't pay to give THEM flexibility.
And yesterday they offered no solutions ...but 30€, for me not to call back my review... you judge.
Incompetent or lying...you decide
I am a vision impaired (blind) traveller who flies regularly. All airlines off setvices for handicapped passengers. While KIWI offers a section to complete for handicapped assistance they sent me 4 separate emails ftom 4 different cust svc reps telling me they were unable to get these services for each of 4 legs of my trip...THEY LIED OR ARE INCOMPETENT...I called each airline and in less than 5 minutes had he handicapped srrvices booked, organized with instructions for each leg, and confirmed by email.
Additionally one of my connecting flights was in a different airport 35 miles (40km) across a city of 6 million people..The city name is in bold large print...airport name small print - not bold on different line so guaranteed to overlook.

I had made a reservation to go on a trip. However, the reviews were so bad that I canceled my reservation to make a reservation on another site safely.
It takes only 10 minutes to make a reservation and cancel the reservation. The date of the trip was three more months, and the refund was 10 euros. How can you do this when I say on the phone that I can't get a refund?

First flight was delay 1 hr, causing us to miss our connecting flight. We had flight insurance so i thought it would be no issue. They offered us a flight 24h later, even thou a flight to our destination flew 6h later that day, and no offer to go to a hotel or food - nothing. We decided to buy tickets to the next flight and try to get a refund as the customer service advised, but the refund was declined, with no explanation other than "Please be informed that a refund is not possible on this booking" DO NO FLY WITH KIWI

Bought tickets for the entire family going on summer vacation. Was a connected flight, both through Kiwi. One flight got cancelled, and no help from kiwi. And no refund, just half of the one flight tickets, IN VOUCHER. I lost 1.000 euros by buying at Kiwi. Hopefully you won’t do the same mistake and buy your tickets at kiwi. After this horrible experience I’ve decided to always buy tickets from the airline, and recently I had cancellation where I bought the return ticket through the airline, and they gave full refund for all tickets straight to my credit card within a week. I’m thinking Kiwi speculate in cancellations.

In April, I bought an air ticket from them that had two flights. One of the airlines cancelled the flight one month before the travel and I asked for the refund from Kiwi, and after that:
- in November they answered me that one of the airlines hadn't paid the refund to them yet.
- in February I asked it again and they offered 36% of the original price as a refund, while they're still waiting for the airline (according to them).
- in March they newest offer is 20% of the original price in Kiwi credit. It is the half of that refund what the airline that cancelled the flight payed to Kiwi.
Simply, they don't want to pay!

kiwis are cheaters. 09/24/22 I ordered tickets from Detroit to London (me, wife and child). Departure from Detroit - 10/15/22. Two weeks before departure, I had to cancel the trip. My family and I got screwed over by…
My family and I got screwed over by KIWI last July. They sent us on a connecting flight to Germany (to end up in Paphos) that didn’t exist. We got stranded there with nobody to help us, so we sat in the airport for 7 hours trying to figure out a way either home or to Paphos.
In the end I had to spend £2.5k on new flights to get us to Paphos. BUT, that meant getting a train to Munich station then Munich airport, flying to Paris, changing in Paris and getting to Paphos a day and a half later. Not had any of this money back despite all the evidence I have proving this horrific experience. My mother is 65 and had to sleep on an airport floor over night…. It’s disgusting.
Still no refund for that. I received email that I would get £117 back from my original £399 booking for that fake flight (of which they gave to me in their credit to start with. They must be joking if I’d ever use them again!!). Now they are transferring to my bank.. Disgusting company. I have written on all of their social media and complained to everyone possible about this, I won’t give up we deserve our money back for THEIR mistake.
